MainStay Suites Bowling Green North

We were there as a stop over. Served it’s purpose.

Great place to stay! We stayed in a suite with a refrigerator, stove top, microwave. Plenty of room for my little one to play with double queen beds that were so comfortable and a love seat to just sit and chill. Lots of storage space for clothes, toys, with a place to set up a laptop or use as a place to eat that was big enough for all of us to sit down and eat! The bathroom was clean and lots of space for my hair tools, makeup bags, and room to move around. The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, biscuits, gravy, toast, oranges, flavoed oatmeal of your choice, with choice of apple juice, orange juice or lemonade. We will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast and location was good. Dirty blankets, moldy mattress.

Room was clean and neat, having the miniature store to by something’s was useful. Pool stayed opened til 10pm. The gym left something to be desired, would stay again

The rooms were not clean by any means. There were bugs in our room! No plates, eating utensils, bowls, trash bags, or soap were in our room. When I asked for them I was told they didn't have any. I ended up switching rooms. To another broken room! When I asked for a partial or full refund I was told their hands were tied.

Very convenient location for our agenda Poor appearance at the entrance,something had damaged the stucco finish,from entrance to exit Elevator had a obnoxious odor wasn’t allowed to check in early,others were No tv controller No toilet paper No trash can in the bathroom Extra loaf of bread in the cabinet Very poor breakfast

When walked on our first room, and there was a roach and mold all in the room. Then we went to a different room no bugs or mold in that one . Week we came back to the the room started to get ready for bed I flipped my sheets down. My sheets had blood on them. The bedding did not look clean at all on both queen beds called front desk to give me new sheets and those new sheets were a completely different color. The ones we had were completely yellow. and also to add onto that note looks like the rooms aren’t even vacuumed. There was stuff all on the floors . We stay at a lot of hotels. I’ve never had an issue like this before. Definitely needs to be maintained better and the cleaning crew is terrible

Great place to stay. Wish they would offer a discount for Kentucky Rural Water Association employees, hotel is only 2 miles from our office.

Bed was clean and comfortable, the rest of the room was clean and easily used.

A really clean, quiet stay.
