Cozy place pool was nice. Breakfast was decent. Easy access to amenities

Area is very nice inside of hotel was very clean minus the pool which was a bit unkept. The woman behind the counter was nice but the man was rude in my opinion and not just with me but with another customer as well. Overall decent quick place to stay but wouldn’t stay for long.

The bed was a little soft in my opinion. Wish it was a little more supportive but still ok.

Good safe hotel. Bed was immensely comfortable after a long day of driving.

Not a bad place to stay the night

We were pleased with the look of the hotel. Inside was great too. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell…almost dirty feet. I really need to pack air fresheners.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. But the elevator broke and the breakfast was not edible.

The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep it from getting too slippery for my 81 yr old father that needed the handicap shower. A shower door instead of a curtain could easily solve that problem. The room itself looked and felt clean. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Unfortunately, because of the pool and shower issues we won't be staying here again. But if those aren't your concerns, then this hotel is acceptable

My issue was when I checked in they ended up charging me their nighly fee. When I went to the front desk in the morning and showed the different receipts asking how to process the refund from them, he was no help. I then sat in the lobby to call hotels.com and found out later they were trying to contact the hotel that morning but they were not answering...I watched the clerk just stand there and ignore the phone. The clerk said they would contact me but it's been a week and never heard from them. Thankful hotels.com customer service was great and ended up processing a refund.

This was a great deal 😄. We will return. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom door would not stay open, so gave one star less for maintenance. Breakfast was good too - waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy 😋. Free WiFi and parking was appreciated 👍. Enjoy your stay!

It was very clean and the room was very nice. Definitely the best hotel we stayed at on our road trip. The breakfast was basic but also nice.
