SureStay Hotel by Best Western Bowling Green North

It was a bed to sleep in. What It smelled, dirty floors especially in the bathroom, towels were gray, bathroom door would not shut, shower curtain was too short and the floor was wet.

Quiet and easy for a quick overnight.

The location was great for the event we were attending. It wasn't some luxury hotel where we would have really wanted to spend a lot of time but it was great for a hot shower and a decent comfortable, safe and clean place to sleep and honestly that is what we were looking for. No major complaints

Location is perfect for me-out of town, but close to everything. No coffee maker in the rooms, deadbolt doesn’t lock (same issue in 2 rooms).

Room was not clean, bathroom door was broken and could not be closed. We stayed for one night during our travel. Breakfast was finished and no one was there to refill.

Property was clean Sink wouldn’t drain, had to go buy a fan because the AC wasn’t very cold.

Clean and functional room all you can ask for at a god price, great value for the money

Severe Safety Hazards: The room’s carpet had sharp carpet tack staples exposed and poking through the fabric. Both my wife and I stepped on them multiple times, causing injury. Even after we laid towels down to protect our feet, housekeeping removed the towels, leaving the sharp staples exposed again. Unannounced Hidden Charges: I was forced to pay a $100 upfront fee upon arrival. This charge is not disclosed anywhere online or on any booking platform. Missing Refund: I was explicitly promised that this $100 fee would be refunded immediately upon checkout. It has now been a full week since we departed, and the money has still not been returned to my account.Substandard Subsitence: The advertised breakfast consisted entirely of sugary food items with no substantial or quality options, making it completely inedible for us. Due to these compounding issues, we felt unsafe and unwelcome, forcing us to leave your establishment after one day to find a better hotel.

It’s always clean and quiet. I work nights and sleep during the day. The location is a bit out of the way of traffic, so that helps with noise. The deadbolt in the doors of two rooms I have stayed in do not work. I’ve informed staff. I also wish there was a coffee pot in the room as advertised.

The room was very musty smelling and the air conditioner was running already when we got to the room. No vent in the bathroom. You had to almost step in the tub to close the bathroom door. Water pressure was terrific and the bed was nice. There was a light for the property that shined at our room, it was bright enough to land a plane, took adjusting just to step outside after dark. please angle it down toward the ground a bit. Breakfast was pitiful, no fresh fruit, four each of 2 different flavors on mini muffins, some cereal, coffee wasn't good, we got Mc Donald's coffee instead. The young Mn was very pleasant went I went down for more towels. Would not stay here again.

Clean room, kinda smelled of cat pee on the bottom floor room. Continental breakfast was coffee, cereal, yogurt and bread. Friendly staff

It was a great location foe what we visited for. Staff at front desk wasn't very friendly and barely spoke English. Instead of calling me ma'am she called me last while sounded rude to me. It would be very helpful if you could understand what they were trying to tell you about breakfast and directions to your room and other things about your stay.

The WIFI was very weak. Other than that, everything else was very good.
