Clean room, comfortable bed

When booking, there was no information on the rules about pets. The fee was 50% of my room. They have a rule about not leaving the dog unattended in the room, also not previously stated. This disrupted our family plans and the budget for the trip.

Other then the hot tub and pool it wasn’t even a 4/10

Room was clean the staff was pleasant and breakfast very good.

There's a LOT of construction work happening on the outside of the building

Rude staff in am hours, housekeeping knocked on my door even with a do not disturb sign at 9 am. We arrived at 130 am from out of state ! This is not ok

Date important:7/18. Facility if under major exterior construction which was not advertised in advance. This had several negatives. Parking lot contained trash and debris. Side entrance ways and surrounding hallways contained construction debris. Fire access doors auto closures were disconnected leaving staircase and hallway doors open that should have been closed. This was the most troubling. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and staff member was working hard to keep stocked and clean. Rate did not take into account the inconveniences.

Major construction and the workers were outside our 3rd story window working until 8:30 pm. Pool was ice cold and the hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work so it was just hot water. When I pay that much to stay at a hotel I expect better or at least reduce the price. The breakfast was good though. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage and more. I guess when construction is done it will be better but it will be a while. It should be noted on the site if major construction is going on.

Staff was nice; clean rooms; breakfast was ok. Hot tub jets didn’t work -I had called when I made reservation and told it did; maintenance and housekeeping wasn’t there on July 4th -front desk had to bring towels to pool. Pool was not very clear.

Our stay was nice My mom and I came up for a 3 night getaway. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were roomy and very clean breakfast was a nice touch mom and I hung out by the indoor jacuzzi and swimming pool The toledo heat wave, it was navigated quite well at the hampton inn

It was only 2 miles from the ball field. We went there to watch my grandson's baseball tournaments. It was so easy to get there. Nothing it was perfect. There was plenty of places to eat close by you couldn't of asked for a better place. Thank you

The dark roast coffee

The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great.

One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the stress but try to take that into the back room. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice The rooms themselves are clean. Stairs need help. There is always coffee and hot water in the foyer which is awesome.

Even during their current remodeling, they earned 5 stars!! The upgrades are super and the staff very helpful. I was greeted with an incredibly fresh aroma when I entered the property. Nice touch!!
