acceptable. Seevice was nonexistent. All the staff could not have cared less. I would not stay at home2 unless I had no other choice.

Very friendly staff and good location for the event I was there to see.

The carpets are filthy. The bed and pillows were hard, providing terrible sleep. Refrigerator still had someone else’s food inside causing an oder.

Breakfast went later than most places - great. Staff at check-in and check out very friendly and helpful. At first look the rooms were very nice. The complete kitchen including coffee maker in suite was very nice. Location, even with the construction nearby, was quiet enough plus it was near enough to our destination, shopping and restaurants. We even had an opportunity to utilize the pool and the gym which was open late. The primary things that I didn’t like were the number of beds in the room and the cleanliness of the sofa beds. We reserved for 5 people - one family parents and three adult children so we were looking for at least one room with 2 beds and the sofa bed. Both rooms had one bed. No problem except that both sofa beds were disgusting! On the cushions were blood stains on one and what looked like brown fecal stains. When pulling out the sofa beds there were very visible large blood stains on one and on the other it looked like larger also visible yellow urine stains. When we called to report it the front desk said well “we can’t replace the sofas” so she invited us to come get a mattress pad. One pad once opened had even more stains. My children slept on pallets of items we brought in from our car.

Decent location for what we needed, was pretty clean Breakfast was terrible, they stopped refilling the waffle mix at 9:00 even though breakfast went to 10:00 and when we asked they said manager said no

The breakfast was not at all maintained. I ate at 8:30 and most items were empty. The breakfast was scheduled until 10am. The room had no hair dryer and almost no trailer paper.

Didn't get our room cleaned the entire 22 days we were there. We had to ask to get anything. We had to make our own bed after asking for sheets, they had no one to clean and gave me it to go up and do it ourselves. Friendly staff for front desk.

I reserved through a 3rd party. I reserved and paid for a king- they didn’t have any kings. Was given a queen. I had already paid for the king and now I’m showing a charge for the queen. I have stayed here multiple times. This is the dirtiest I have ever seen this hotel. When I was moved rooms.. I had barely any TP and 2 towels for a 3 night stay. Front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate.

Couch/sleeper very dirty

Comfy bed. Exceptionally dirty floors. Hairballs and trash. If we would’ve been staying more than one night, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room and kitchen had all utensils which was very helpful with our restaurant leftovers.
