The breakfast was not at all maintained. I ate at 8:30 and most items were empty. The breakfast was scheduled until 10am. The room had no hair dryer and almost no trailer paper.

Didn't get our room cleaned the entire 22 days we were there. We had to ask to get anything. We had to make our own bed after asking for sheets, they had no one to clean and gave me it to go up and do it ourselves. Friendly staff for front desk.

Nice spot. Will stay again.

I reserved through a 3rd party. I reserved and paid for a king- they didn’t have any kings. Was given a queen. I had already paid for the king and now I’m showing a charge for the queen. I have stayed here multiple times. This is the dirtiest I have ever seen this hotel. When I was moved rooms.. I had barely any TP and 2 towels for a 3 night stay. Front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room and kitchen had all utensils which was very helpful with our restaurant leftovers.
-
Breakfast was disappointing for a Hilton property with convenience items really scaled back.
-
Very nice hotel to stay at and clean rooms

The room was not so great. The carpet was FILTHY. Also of great concern-the elevator certificates were expire by over 6 months.
-
Check in and out was smooth. Very friendly staff. Room was perfect for my stay. Clean, smelled clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice added benefit. I’d stay here again.

Staff was great breakfast was great very pleased

Coffee maker that takes pods. Like to bring my own. Extra blanket in room. I like cold but my wife needed extra covers.
-
Very spotless and nice. I loved the Booking.com genius discount! Would like a bit better brand of coffee but the breakfast was otherwise enjoyable.

Place was fine. Some odd minor things, garbage hadn't been emptied from previous guest and a spider in the room. Room was fine, hotel is pretty new so condition is good.
-
The bathroom faucet leaked every-time you turned on and the floor was wet & wouldn't go down well at all. The extra bag of linens for the pull out couch was never replaced. Last pull out the desk and there was crumbs and napkins from last person who rented there. Napkins were from penn stations.

Nice location near BGSU athletic facilities. Hotel was starting to show some wear and tear. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby area was in need of cleaning following breakfast. Breakfast was ok. Not well staffed.

Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again
