The room was disappointing...bathroom was not clean...not enough towels...plumbing wasn't covered ( looks like work was being done and never replaced)...air conditioning awful (also missing a cover on the outside)...shower had rust stains. This property needs a room makeover. I will not stay there again.

The staff at this hotel was the BEST I have ever encountered! The were polite, accommodating, helpful, and made our stay absolutely wonderful! We will stay there again!

My daughter discovered this hotel, but she apparently overlooked the reviews. We only stayed for one night, and the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted the hotel lobby, but they couldn’t guarantee that another room wouldn’t have the same issue. Upon reviewing Google reviews, we noticed that this problem seems to affect every room. One guest mentioned that they had the same issue on the 4th and 3rd floors. Additionally, the room coffee maker lacked a lid and appeared dirty and unhygienic when I inquired about courtesy coffee the hotel said they don’t have coffee at the lobby . The lobby was pleasant, and the room itself looked decent. However, I found a door key under the bed sheets, which made me wonder if the sheets used by the previous guests had been changed.

There is a charge for breakfast. Sink was slow to drain. Room safe locked by previous occupant. Phone and electrical outlets between beds did not work. Staff was attentive. Nice location with plenty of restaurant choices

Very pretty and clean hotel, amenities were clean and very organized the only bad thing was the internet, wifi was terrible and very difficult to access so because of that I wasn't able to even look at Netflix YouTube or anything that required a strong wifi connection Besides that is a good hotel to stay.
