Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach

On my first night, Jenny assigned me a connecting room without informing me. I didn't realize it was a connecting room until a few hours later and had to request a room change. Later that evening, I called the front desk to request an extra sheet. Jenny told me I would have to come downstairs to get it because she was alone. However, when I arrived, there were two employees at the front desk laughing and talking. That same night, I had trouble operating the shower faucet. I struggled to get it to work and ended up taking a bath instead. Afterward, I called the front desk, and Jonathan came to help. He resolved the issue quickly, but by then I had already finished bathing. Throughout my stay, every time I walked through the lobby, the front desk staff were on their cell phones with their heads down. No one acknowledged guests as they entered or even offered a simple greeting. Whatever happened to hospitality? A simple "hello" or "welcome" goes a long way. The most disappointing experience happened on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at around 10:30 a.m. As I was leaving my room, I noticed a housekeeper working across the hall. I politely asked if she could help me remove the trash from my room. She looked at her assignment board and said she could not help because my room was not assigned to her that day. She told

Only issue I had was security(?) or housekeeping. On my day 2 (Jun 27) when I got back to my room, the door was NOT CLOSED allw way. I thought maybe housekeeping person was in my room so I said "Hello?" but there wasn't anyone inside. A little spooked and scared I Icalled the Front Desk but the clerk didn't seem concerned at all and kept telling me "I'm just front desk." I was hoping someone from housekeeping or manager on duty would contact me but unfortunately, no one got back to me. A little disappointed .

It was a pleasant stay Ms Ibe at the front desk is very welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. Ms Jeymi is delightful as well. Other than that I’m glad the unprofessional and miserable GM Michael Paulino is gone!

Very nice would stay again

I have no complaints about this hotel. It met my standard. Bathroom was very clean. Towels nice and fresh. Bed was clean and fresh and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Very good manners and polite.

Free parking and free breakfast was also a plus. Highly recommend close to all shopping and restaurants in the area

The parking was okay but the upkeep is not as good as it was when I visited before.

Not the cleanest. The breakfast almost had nothing I desired to feed my family. The staff were friendly, but the room itself was pretty dingey there was a cracked mirror in the bathroom and the kitchenette had no soap, no utensil, no cookware. If I could, I would give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars. I’ve stayed in much better “3 star” rated hotels.

Overall a decent stay. As with most places what makes and break them is staff. The two girls at the front desk in the afternoon were awful. They did not greet guests and seemed more interested in their own conversations than anything else. They also seem disconnected from the world around them. The other two staff members I interacted with were delightful. The lady (l I feel bad for not learning her name) in the breakfast area and one of the maintenance men were really welcoming, accommodating and actually engaged. Given the option however, I would not stay at this property again.

Great location and they accept dogs.. For a fee. I did not have a working clock and the cost was a bit high. I've stayed there for less previously.

Bed a little to firm for me. But, overall place was nice and staff was excellent. Was quiet in rooms and hallways.

The juices at the breakfast was watered down, no flavor. Excellent coffee. Front desk manager was a bit snappy when at first was told the room was not quite ready at around 4:30. I asked what could be done about that, then said it was ready after I told her don't rush now, make sure it was ready. (maybe thats why the bathroom had not been completely cleaned 🤔)

Location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Feel like rooms, elevators and grounds could be kept cleaner and better maintained. Bed was not very comfortable.
