Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bozeman, MT

Loved the location—close to Costco, many restaurants and other establishments, and conveniently near the airport. Customer service was excellent, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We had some of the best sleep! Breakfast was okay, but we really appreciated having it available. Overall, a great stay for our Yellowstone adventure.

Location and the front desk person Poor cleaning. In 5 days the never go to clean my room. The breakfast area need to be more clean specially the microwave.

Very worn down hotel and not well maintained. Bfast was average. Stairwells were poorly lit. Elevator was slow. Only has 1 baggage cart for the whole hotel and it had a flat tire. Rooms weren’t clean. Sinks don’t drain. Hair clumped in shower drain. Hot tub was currently not usable.

Either the hotel just changed hands to become the Country Inn.. or they just have not done anything since purchase last year. Could not get a straight answer. Carpeting everywhere, rooms and hallways, was very dirty and stained. Moldy grout in the showers. Torn or stained window curtains. Towels seemed to be tossed onto the shelves, not placed and sharply folded. Thankfully the bed was clean. But NOT a place that deserves to charge their rates in a place like Bozeman.

Close to restaurants, nice view of mountain, exterior of building newer, plenty of parking space Large yellowish stain on carpet next to our bed, bathtub sink clogged (we had to stand in dirty water when showering and wash feet at the end). Asked front desk for another room but was declined. They promised $100 refund ($50 for each complaint). After two reminder calls in 2 months speaking to front desk, manager never called back. Never received refund.

Location Due to structure anyone walking and running above can be heard (this especially annoying when you have a hyperactive family above your room who refuses to calm down)

Keep it clean

The location is not far from everywhere that I needed to go, from local hiking areas and museums to local stores and restaurants. It's also right by the airport and the interstate. The staff were friendly and conversational, and also very helpful when for a moment I had lost my keys. The room was fine, not exceptional but good enough. There were some stains on stuff and the carpet seemed kind of dirty, but overall did the job. I liked the layout of the bathroom and loved the shower, which got hot quickly and had great water pressure (Some places really skimp on this which is always disappointing). The breakfast included was nice and had a variety of things to choose from. There was plenty of parking. An added bonus is that an Outback Steakhouse is next door to it, so that with a short stroll, I could have a steak and a beer without having to drive anywhere. The Outback itself was nice too, no complaints. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The carpets and floors weren't cleaned the best, and sometimes I would hear the TV from the next room while I was trying to sleep.
