Great stay!!

The television in our room did not work and was not able to be fixed by the front desk personnel. The air conditioner was quite noisy. When the shower was on upstairs, it was very noisy in our room. I should have received a partial refund for no television service.

Laundry room was unavailable which I had planned to use. No accessible electrical outlet on one side of the bed which was needed. Very difficult to move bed to reach outlet. Room was clean. Nice variety of breakfast items.

My bedspread had multiple stains on it. I went down to the desk to notify the same attendant, and she gave me a bedspread and told me I could walk down the dirty bedspread to her. I found stains on the sheets and she did agree to have housekeeping come up and change the setting. Although I had changed the first bedspread housekeeping was very kind and they changed all of the bedding. Breakfast was cold. Cold eggs, cold sausage, and I was able to make a hot waffle because I actually had to make the waffle. There were no sterno’s or electric connections to keep the eggs and the sausage warm. You have no choice but to eat cold food.

Staff was very welcoming. There is no elevator or if there was it was out if order as a heads up. Carrying all our heavy luggage up the stairs was tricky but doable. The pool and hot tub were clean . Breakfast was in lobby but with our early flight unavailable. Clean rooms.

Very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A little older style but everything was well maintained and rooms were clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but eggs, sausage and waffles were good.

Fine for a few nights

Property was very clean, safe, and quiet. It was very nice that they provided water from pictures in the lobby. The room and hot tub were very clean. The downsides were that our room didn’t get cleaned second day we were there, our beds were very uncomfortable and I could not get water bottles from vending machine as it did not work and the staff women at the desk next to me didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. The front door is a pull open which is difficult when your hands are full of bags.

We have stayed here numerous times and the facility is nice and always clean and the location is good for the airport and Bozeman. The breakfast has always been nice . On our most recent visit we arrived at 5pm and got keys to the room. The room temperature was set at 95 degrees and the room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff quickly cleaned it for us. At breakfast most of the items had run out and were very slowly replaced. The woman in charge was doing her best but she was also running the desk. I think staffing is difficult everywhere these days.

Stayed once before and liked it, it’s a little old and outdated but the kids thought it was cool. Tried to stay again and won’t ever come back. During our drive to the location I received a phone call from the property. They insisted that I pay them over the phone for the room even though I had made the reservation as a “pay at property”. He said “well you did that through booking, not us, you need to pay us ahead”. I told him that I wouldn’t do that, as bookings confirmation email specially says “do not pay over the phone”. When I told him that I would pay at the property, like my reservation stated, he said he would cancel my reservation if I didn’t show up by 6PM (out ETA was 7:40PM). I told him that the pressure to pay was making me very distrusting of the hotel and he said “so you’re telling me you don’t trust the hotel!?” Yes. That’s exactly what I’m saying. I hung up and called booking and I had to fight with them to cancel the reservation without charging me. Finally I got on the phone with someone who agreed that they had gone against booking policy and canceled it for me but it was pulling teeth (the first lady said “well it’s up to the hotel if they will cancel without charging out”. Oh good, so they break policy and then still get to choose if they charge me money). Always make sure you sort reviews by lowest to highest. Don’t go by what they show you on the hotel home page, if I had done that, I never would have booked again.
