My Place Hotel - Bozeman, MT

The is is one of the more affordable hotels in the area plus it has a kitchenette. You’ll save a fortune not eating out every day even if you just microwave something and have cereal for breakfast. Everything I wanted to see was very convenient, and right near the highway if you want to hit up Yellowstone.

I have booked multiple stays with kitchens and they always have pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils etc. Not here. Barren kitchen. You have to pay extra for this service. Incredible inconvenience. I won’t be back for this one reason.

I didn't get her name, but the older lady with the beloved grayish hair. Whichever it was in glasses as the housekeeper was most wonderful and very helpful. What a great asset for your facilities

The hotel was well maintained. I have encountered many establishments that charge more yet fail to deliver proper value. This hotel includes a kitchen and a large refrigerator, which are excellent at this price point.

Bring your own kitchen wares if you are planning on doing some cooking.

Kitchen in room is awesome, but nothing to cook with, no utensils. That’s fine, I guess maybe I just spaced it to what’s not there. Bed was awesome, it was just nice to have a space to myself for a few days. I’d stay there again.

Great place to stay, and great staff

Everything seemed quite clean.  One small exception was the tile floor, which was mostly clean. Despite our late arrival, not one of the staff seemed put-upon to check us in or out of our room, as sometimes happens elsewhere.  They were responsive and friendly. We appreciate the friendliness towards our pets as well, especially since we try to keep them clean and well behaved.

The room was reasonably spacious and clean, and they had a good area for pet relief with a pet relief station. Breakfast is not provided, and they do not have an ice machine. You can make ice in your refrigerator (if you know to do that). It’s an efficiency type of room, but no utensils, plates, or anything to cook with are provided, so I see little benefit of that. Busy highways on both sides of building.

I had never stayed in a My Place before. It was clean, enjoyed having a small kitchen for making toast, real coffee maker instead of a Keurig, and we were able to bring our dog for a modest price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

We also discovered that our TV remote did not have batteries, so we were unable to use the television. When we went to the front desk, we were initially told, "Sorry, we're out of batteries." After I pressed the issue, they eventually located another remote that worked with our TV. The hotel itself smelled damp and unclean. There was also a strong odor of marijuana smoke when entering the building. The carpets and floors were stained, and the kitchen counters and cabinets had not been properly cleaned, with visible dirt and hair remaining inside. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and will not be returning. We travel to Bozeman multiple times each year for swim meets, and I will be sharing my experience with the other swim families who make these trips as well so they can make informed decisions about where to stay.
