We were checked into a dirty room. We were then moved to another room. They never came up to clean the room and we were there from Friday until Monday. We had to ask multiple times for basic service. It was a terrible experience.

Location and size of room/room layout were great! Nice decor Beds were kind of comfortable/ kind of uncomfortable. Laundry service was not available as listed (looked like machines were out of order) and we had to find a laundromat to do our laundry which cut into our rest that we expected for the stay.

Accommodating for 5 adults and 1 Airedale (85lbs), made things very easy and dog friendly! Trailer parking worked for us in the parking lot. However, checking in later parking in the lot with a trailer might be more difficult. There is safe street parking (higher end new condos are across the street). Rooms were nice and the breakfast area was very large if you’re traveling with a group. Thank you!

Hotel is outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. Had to request two different room transfers.

Staff was pleasant. They tried to accommodate us. Was given a room someone else was in. It was dirty, unmade bed, food wrappers and trash were scattered around. The second room was missing a picture on the wall. The bathtub was dirty. The shower knob fell off when adjusting and hurt my foot.

Clean, Good location, helpful staff, free parking, decent breakfast. Over charging on the checkout date. Claims a tax increase after the Book. Com reservation separately charged on the card. Never informed us of such price change. After research on occupancy tax for Montana, we discovered that there had been no such tax change.

Staff nice & friendly. Was quiet except for train in the distance in the night. Walmart close as well as other grocery stores. Like the lotion, shampoo etc bottles. Breakfast was good. Poor bathroom lighting. Bathroom door gets in the way-bad design.
