The property is located in the center of everything. The rooms are fairly clean but I was sensitive to a musty smell. It was very warm near 100! The AC kept up but older furnishings in the heat may have attributed to smell. Day 2-3 seemed to be better. Maybe a good airing out

Really clean and easy in and out. Bed really comfortable. Room a good size. Had 2 chairs & recliner Really nothing to dislike. Older property but super clean. No pool so no kids running around.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok; it had a bit of the smell I’ve noticed in most of the properties I’ve stayed in while in Branson (bit of a “damp” mustiness that seems to be typical). The TV remote didn’t allow you to change channels back, so if you passed something, you had to go all around the whole thing or turn it off/back on. No big deal- we were mostly there just to rest! WiFi worked well. Great location and easy parking/room access. Breakfast was ok- I appreciated both the pancake option along with a waffle maker. Would have liked a chicken/turkey sausage option for those of us who don’t eat pork products. Overall, I’d stay again if the price was right.

Location, location, location!!! I have limited mobility and asked for a first floor room. I got it but it was on the hillside. The inclined walking was too difficult for me. I will be more specifics the next time.
