This was by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed! We had a family emergency while there and the staff was very understanding. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I had to change rooms the first night because the pillow cases had debris on them as if they were not changed, and one cover on the other bed also had something on it. When they came up to give us keys to another room they seemed annoyed we had removed the covers and sheets on one bed checking if they had been cleaned due to the pillow cases. We had tried to get breakfast around 8:15 am and there was nowhere to sit and a long line of people trying to get through. Mind you, this was Tuesday through Thursday mornings not the weekend. They also had one area roped off which was open last year that seemed to make it more crowded. There was also a family staying in the room above me. How do I know this? I could hear kids jumping around until 10 pm. Not a great experience for someone who wakes up at 4 am. Their “number 2” elevator also seems to drop when you step in and seems to take way too long to open. On the day of checkout I was told “the 3rd party” I booked through would email me my receipt, which is fine and possibly true, but I’ve traveled all over the country and never had a hotel say that to me when I always use Expedia. 2025 was a great stay, 2026 was not and I’ll probably not return and try a different location next year.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lodge of the Ozarks is our favorite place to stay in Branson. The breakfast buffet was good but it would be nice to include bacon on the menu.

This property is very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was phenomenal. There are lots of different options; fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, different coffee creamer options, milk juice. Staff was cleaning tables immediately. Rooms were nice with large tvs. Bathroom was very clean. I was disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. Even showered the night before to avoid the busy time. Price was reasonable. Check out was easy.

Excellent value for money. Will stay again. More allergy friendly options in the breakfast buffet would be helpful. More equipment in the gym would also be helpful. There is no rower or proper spin bike.
