Bathroom sucked toilet didnt work till 1 day after staying there

Great location. Clean rooms. It’s an older place but it is nice. This was our 2nd stay there. Close to White Water. Breakfast was good. We will book here again. Nothing really. Beds were a little soft but that is all.

It was clean and very welcoming We had trouble taking a shower because the water was way too cold and the hot water wasn’t working very well at night.

It was in a good location

I like that the property was right next to everything! At night it’s nice! I didn’t like that the hot water kept turning from cold to warm. Couldn’t even take a hot shower!

Tv didn’t work bathroom door won’t close only one chair in a room for two

Everything was good Got there 2.5 hours early and was told me and my 10 year old could not check in early and we were asked to sit outside for 2.5 hours said we could not sit in the cool office and watch the tv. ?

Didn't do the breakfast. Location was easy to get to. Only one chair in room & no storage areas in the room. Shower curtain was really short had hard time keeping it in the tub.

Pool was nice They had good breakfast choices Friendly ppl no loud disrespectful people 1st night checked in late room was so hot next morning told them room was miserable had us wait for the maintence man so all day and into the evening we waited room remained hot so we stayed gone in the pool or else where. Then they came in and maintence had us move into a new room. Which looked exactly like the room I booked 1st one looked less than what I paid for when I got the king deluxe. The next room was being renovated so it wasn’t perfect but it was better than the one we had to start. But in the end they was friendly and it started rough but ended much better as it was a hot weekend when we stayed. Location was right off the strip and for us it was in a perfect place we was able to walk to do activities with our 2 year old

Free breakfast wasn't appealing. I reserved 3 rooms. Everyone got king beds I was given handicap room with queen bed Did not like this. We were 3 grandmas with 3 grandkids.

We are locals who take a monthly staycation here, and will continuously return. I love the price, location, cleanliness and the pool. I also appreciated the promptness of the staff when needed. The shower didn't function properly in one of our rooms.
