Stay was five stars room was clean hotel staff were great

Staff was nice and the room was clean. Would really suggest having a microwave in each room for those that don’t go out to eat so they could buy something and bring it and warm it up which would really be helpful. Also another night stand on the other side of the bed.

It was in a good location close to everything the beds were cozy water was hot for showers it burned my feet that was my fault had it turn up all the way When we got there we check in flushed the toilet for the first time it clogged and over flowed. Went to the front desk and phone wasn't working not a big deal. My boyfriend send me a picture as im talking to her and she was like what is that I was like im pretty sure its a roach. She didn't tell maintenance about because when. She called him I was right there when he got there he fixed the toilet as I stood there watching the roach crawl in circles around the top or the door. I said something to the maintenance guy. He did kill it i was like the lady at the desk really had nothing to say he was like to you want to mo e rooms they moved us promptly to a new room. Ir was a lot better until we woke I we went to break fast. I went back to the room and well and behold a baby roach good thing we were about to leave I will. Ot be returing

Everything was great like always been staying here for past 2yrs 1x a month

This is an older hotel that we stay at often. We just need a comfortable bed and a quick breakfast. The price is what brings us back time and again. the people there are nice and it's convenient to the things we do in the Branson area.

When checking found bed bugs and left. Staff was understanding and helped with refund. I hope they update with new mattresses and mattress covers. Very old mattresses & covers.

The room is is fair shape. There was a dark brown stain in the sink. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a joke. They had nothing hot. That is not acceptable when you advertise you have a breakfast. They had put up a sign they were out of things. Well there’s a Walmart and a grocery store right down the road. Go get the stuff and make it. There’s nothing but excuses being given there. I would not stay there again.

Room was clean, a bit outdated but I’m not complaining for the price and it was a very comfortable stay. Staff was extremely friendly and my kids enjoyed using the pool. Will definitely be staying here again.

room was musty and smelled like bug spray staff that checked me in was rude and didn't answer any questions and was in a rush you could feel the springs threw the mattress and breakfast was very disappointing do not know how they have such good reviews from my stay

Was a clean friendly place but the tv in our room the volume did not go very loud at all. Could barely hear it. No plug-ins on the night stand for charging phones. People/kids staying in the room Above us were very noisy but thats not the hotels fault. Other then that rooms were clean, pool was clean and staff was nice.
