Great location. Hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. Even as a HiltonHonors member we were given a room below the renovation, not a renovated room and hotel was not sold out. Front desk clerks were never at the front desk. Bath towels were removed but not replaced, a surprise. Not what we anticipate at a Hampton Inn.

Some of the things I didn’t like: The front desk staff put us in a room on the backside with a terrible view of all the construction dumpsters in the back parking lot. Beds were a little too hard. One of the elevators was out of order and the swimming pool was unavailable due to renovations even though the pool area didn’t seem to be affected. Vending machine was out of order on our floor. Overall the experience was very good and would most likely stay there again in the future.

Rochelle was absolutely amazing, she helped in all the right areas. It was a great stay. Nothing anyone could help, just a little construction getting to pool area.

We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it down, the water that poured into the shower just sat there, not draining. None of felt comfortable showering and I definitely wasn't comfortable giving my daughter a bath. The toilet didn't flush every time, and we were worried it was going to run over. The only good part about the 1 night we stayed was the woman working the front desk- who was kind, understanding and helpful and ultimately allowed us to cancel our nonrefundable nights so that we could go somewhere else. Overall- a terrible experience.

The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in a room that is rarely used, the deadbolt didn’t lock and the floppy thing to lock the door wouldn’t stay. Tanya even said, “you’re going to hate this room - no I’m kidding.” Also, the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night very briefly so I wasn’t sure if it was fire alarm or hearing impaired doorbell so I called the front desk and Amanda said, “it’s a false fire alarm, I gotta go.” And hung up. Incredibly rude, incompetent staff, & dirty room, VERY disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, nice staff and yummy breakfast.

Thought the room had a couch bed and it did not so they tried to sell us a trundle bed for $20 a night. Also booked through Expedia. Do not recommend. We were charged for the room twice

An excellent stay Wonderful staff and beds.

the staff went out of their way to help us. they were kind and courteous . the rooms were clean and the whole hotel was very peaceful and quiet. no one running around. the problem i had was the mattresses, you could see that the top mattress was very worn and in fact it was sagging in the middle. i have a neurological disease and i really need a good mattress that will support my back. i could only sleep on my left side and as a result my neck was hurting most of my vacation. on the plus side the pillows weree great. not ssoft or hard just right,
