Location, breakfast, the staff in the breakfast hall and room service, the clean bed and room. some staff in the reception could more friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The facilities were well maintained, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The overall experience was excellent, and I would certainly consider staying here again.

Spacious room in a great central location close to the main station. The extra bed and baby cot is appreciated, and the private parking (for an additional fee) was very convenient. The room also had a small fridge, table fans, and comfortable beds with good bedding. The gentleman at reception during check-in was friendly and very helpful. The room didn't feel as clean as expected. The old carpets looked dusty, and finding a previous guests floss container under the fridge raised concerns about housekeeping. The bathroom was very small and dated, and a proper double bed would have been preferable for a family instead of two single beds. The breakfast selection was limited for the price, with very few hot options. The daytime reception service(the lady) could also be more welcoming and customer-focused. While the hotel is centrally located, the surrounding streets felt a little uncomfortable at night.

The single room was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Nice shower. The room was serviced each day. The room was very quiet. A good selection of TV channels. Breakfast was good - typical of German hotels - various cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, cereals, etc. The building has good character from a previous era e.g. high ceilings. About 10 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and a tram ride to the city centre. Nil.
