Courtyard St. Louis Airport/Earth City

Our first room’s floor was soaking wet from the A/C unit. Then they moved us to a room with a balcony door and the lock was broken. The third room was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly during this. But then our last night the power went out around 1:30 am and never came back on. Not related to a storm or any weather, and it wasn’t the power companies fault (it wasn’t on the outage map). Nothing was offered and they barely even acted sorry. Overall it was a decent hotel, but a bad experience.

We love staying here the location feels private while being close to the things we want. The property is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately a transformer blew in the middle of the night and we were without power but the room stayed comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We'll be back!

My lady who checked me in talked to fast and quiet for me. Hotel was great.

There was no hot water , the towels were all stained dirty looking. I took pictures of the towels because I didn’t want to use them I’m glad I brought my own. There was little hairs in the shower obviously wasn’t cleaned. I have pictures of that too. I was super tired from a late flight and just too exhausted to look for a different hotel otherwise I would’ve. The only thing that made me choose to stay was the bed sheets were clean and I was so tired. I know the sheets were clean because I checked with a UV flashlight. Also with that UV flashlight saw dripping stains on the wall by the bed. Definitely will not stay here again.

Good workout room. One of the 3 check in staff was nice. Room that I was transferred to was up to expectations. Television in first room was pretty bad. I called the desk and they said it wo7ld be taken care of the next day. Arrived back at my room after work and nothing had been done. The new desk person moved me to another room and the guy that helped was vey accommodating. Also, in the room, there was a lighting fixture over the coffee area that had neither a bulb or a shade on it. My second room did. First room was pretty crappy.

The room was comfortable I had to ask for everything, no pool towels, no guidance. Was told I’d have room service daily my room wasn’t serviced AT ALL, the front desk was polite but I don’t feel Ike fir the price didn’t fir the weekend that we should of had to ask/request basic standard things and even when I did ask about the room being turned over it still not once was serviced our whole stay and did a 1st time booking here I probably won’t again atleast the cheaper hotel change bed clothes daily for more then half the price.

Room had knats , not very clean

She then informed me a the Waffle House down the street. I specifically filtered for breakfast included facilities, but apparently I didn't look hard enough. Won't be staying here again at all. The pool was extremely cold water for my kids. The room was fine.

Nice pillows and comforter, cozy sleep.

Our family was driving in from out of state we arrived close to 3am. The front desk clerk was really nice and welcoming like it was the middle of the day. I appreciate her and customer service skills. I will suggest this location to travelers coming to the area.

It was a very short stay. In at 11:30 pm and out at 6 am. Front desk associate was very nice and Friendly. Room was comfortable and air worked well

We didn't eat breakfast.
