This is our second time staying at this property. The property is older and seems to o lying have half of the hotel operating, the other have states that its under renovations, overall, its a decent stay especially for the price. The pool and hot tub was available the first time, the second time, the hot tub was out of order. Nevertheless, the front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming. Its no Hilton but we enjoy it, especially for the price.

I just wanted to share my experience so others aren't blindsided. I also will NEVER stay here again, nor do I recognize it

They have a nice pool. The lady at the front desk is always hospitable. The rooms are decent especially for the price and location. They are working on renovations and returning this property to its “glory days”. Really not bad for what you pay and the breakfast is very good. I don’t like that the back doors to get into the property do not latch. The locks on the room doors could use updating as well. It just didn’t feel too secure in case someone that didn’t belong there came in.

The staff and the cleanliness off the room breakfast was horrible the hot tubs paint is peeling so bad flakes of paint feels like sand under your feet and floats around the water

The staff. The location. The price. The room was dirty, the hotel had signs that started under renovation. The room had no trash can, there were mysterious stains on the furniture, luckily there were no bed bugs; we checked. The room we had was an old room. It was next to the other rooms that were being remodeled. I didn't like that when we walked out, we got to the balcony area. That made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I didn't have time to ask for a different room. We only had two towels; for a party of 2, we usually have 4 in any other room we have stayed in. The elevator to our floor was ABSOLUTELY filthy!! Garbage, dirt, grass, stains, it was awful! Our Uber driver, from the area, told us that the hotel is a very sketchy place. He called it a "hooker hotel" prostitution happens a lot there. If we had known this! We wouldn't have booked. I highly recommend NOT, ABSOLUTELY NOT staying here!

I wish I could leave 0 stars! 1st) I was overcharged by the hotel, they blamed in on Expedia. 2nd) My room had a smoke smell to it and my you I booked a smoke free room. 3rd) The ceilings were dirty and the room felt really cluttered like two chairs, a desk and barely any where to move. So glad I don’t visit often

One of the hotel clerks we got was amazing! Super friendly guy. I can tell they are making lot of improvements. It is a very pretty hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only down size is nothing was heated as advertised. Not even the hot tub. Many of the guests had the same complaint. Also the paint in the hot tub was flaking pretty bad so everyone was coming out covered in paint chips. The breakfast had a big selection. Unfortunately, it did not taste very good. The eggs were made from a powder or something and the potatoes were very undercooked. So we mostly stuck to eating the yogurt and waffles.
