It's my new spot whenever I visit NYC.

I had an amazing time staying at GLo Best Western Bronx NYC. I'm so glad we got to stay at such fantastic new hotel. It was my first time staying in the Bronx, and I loved it. Thank you for the cleanest, free parking, and nearby subway stations was perfect. Thanks for your hospitality.

Based on my stay, I had a really great day. Location was right around my family‘s house so it was definitely convenient. Although only issue I have was the TV did not work at all. I’m grateful that I had my laptop with me to compensate for the TV not working not a big deal cause I didn’t stay in the room a lot just to rest but yes, room 105. I hope they fix the TV there. The next guest might not be so acceptable.

I couldn't believe one of the kitchen staff tuned off a waffle machine while I was making a waffle for my year old boy today stating they are close. Who does that. I get it if I had not started but to turn a machine off while a costumer was in the middle of making food for a toddler?. Awww. I even asked this person " now you turned this machine off what do you want me to feed this kid" all she could tell me is "we are close". She is very heartless. Would wish authority review end of 8/9 kitchen camera. Its sad

Even though the hotel is deep in the Bronx, Security was great. Service was great. You can enjoy a breakfast in the morning complementary. The room was clean and inviting. The majority of the staff was helpful.

Nothing. On arrival the front desk was empty and we had to wait outside for an extended period of time in the rain with all our luggage. Some of the front desk clerks need to work on their customer service. I booked two rooms: one for us, one for my friends who couldn’t get their visa working to book the hotel but I was reassured over the phone that they could just reimburse me for the deposit and take the entire fee off of my friend’s payment method when we arrived. When my ESL friend was trying to speak to the front desk clerk, they were pretty combative and told him he needs to speak English, despite.. speaking English. We were also told we weren’t allowed to talk in our rooms. It would have been different had they said please be mindful of other guests (which obviously we were) and keep the volume down... but no, we were flat out told we weren’t allowed to talk on our rooms; as if they were doing us a favour and letting us stay at their hotel. I was double charged for my room and it took all weekend for them to figure out where the charge came from, which took away from my “fun money” for the weekend and so was unable to do everything I had planned. They summed it up by blaming me and saying that it was my fault because my card was declined on booking.com (I transferred in some funds and re-submit instantly and all was good) so they went ahead and charged my card on without confirming whether or not I had paid. All in all, never again. I would rather sleep in my car than book here again.

Didn't eat breakfast Parking could have been better. The lobby was a little questionable, with various people hanging around that made it feel less welcoming. The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no iron available in the room. The sink faucet also needed to be tightened. Customer service was okay, but overall, the property could use some improvements.

Had a nice time their staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean . Only needed the room for a quick getaway

It was ok but sometimes they leave the same bed sheets on it after cleaning the room

The room was fairly clean but the bathroom had hair in the shower and did not appear clean. The rest of the property was nice and clean. I liked the white bedding and contemporary design.
