The property is new, but it is depreciating quickly! However, hotel staff are friendly! It is located in a not-so-good neighbourhood which made us feel a bit unsafe! The smell of weeds are everywhere, inside and outside of the hotel. Cleanliness of the lobby, washrooms, and front yard of the hotel is questionable!

The room was very dirty sticky stains on the floor, walls and curtains almost like someone threw food or a drink. cigarette burn holes in the top blanket and on the curtains. The only part of the room that seemed clean surprisingly was the bathroom but after seeing the condition of the rest of the room i was uncomfortable using the shower. Thankfully i was only staying one night for a concert but i definitely would not come back again. staff was friendly if they took the time to clean better could be a very nice hotel.

In a pinch for the price it is fine. Room was clean...the whole hotel smelled like an air freshener was being piped through the vents. Very no frills.
