Vending machines did not have water or snacks only sodas.

The hot water! The bed covers are filled with cigarette burns. The ceiling was leaking. The shower head was broken. The bathroom wall by toilet was filthy. The room had Ants.

My stay was simple and quiet.

Good shop's nearby and grocery store.

Very run down. I had a clogged sink and a leak in my room. Also right next to the train trucks.

Okay hotel. Close enough to Fordham university which is what we needed. A little concerning on checking in to see hourly rates posted. 😳. Close to the train so you hear it but it stops at night so not bad.

It was an amazing experience

when we arrived to check in. we were told there weren’t any more keycards available so we had to be escorted to our room to be let it. meaning both guests couldn’t leave the room at the same time if we wanted to because we would have to get let back in. we were also told that we would’ve been receiving a keycard within 30 mins and we went the whole night without a key to our room. also when we arrived in the room when we turned the faucet on the bottom of it will leak out water. we asked to change rooms and when we did we had to be let into that room as well. in that room we didn’t have a remote to the television and the door wasn’t able to lock on the inside. we went back to make a complaint but was only offered the remote and still never received a key to this room as well.

The whole description is false advertisement. There’s no breakfast no restaurant nothing, rooms so little and dirty , staff are rude no help.

The overall property was ok. Room was way smaller than what is presented online. The shower head in the bathroom was broke, sheets had cigarette burns in them, our window was open and tied with rope so it did not close all the way. The hallways smelled like ashtrays, and the noise from both outside and inside was absolutely insane. The neighbors didn’t stop playing music until 830am and then the guest from across the hall was so loud on the phone you would have thought she was in the room with us. We literally just took a nap to be able to drive home after our event and left.
