Clean room

It’s super close to Yankee Stadium which is awesome but the elevator is SOOO slow. They charge you a crazy fee if you want to check in early. I think it’s like $80 so keep that in mind and they do have a room apparently (from what I heard from the people checking in before me which is why I know about the early check in fee) where they can keep you luggage, but like I said in parentheses the family checking in before me saw said room and opted for earlier check in. The room was fine. What you’d expect for the price. Staff was nice enough. Budget hotel. Would stay again if I was exclusively planning a one night stay to see something at Yankee Stadium but other than that probably not.

Lovely big room for our family was close to Yankee Stadium, and the subway to get to downtown . We booked a late checkout however the cleaner came before the time, she pushed the door in and opened it with a bin and left it open,while I tried to explain we had paid for extra time. It was frustrating !

I wanted to change my room because the TV kept going out and I could hear outside being that I was on the 3rd floor but it was always an excuse when I asked the clerk

Room was very small, but clean the area on which it’s located at is very busy during the course of the day due to the fact that the family court system and jail system isn’t across the street so parking is hard during the day at night. Parking was much easier

Staff rude uncleanliness among other things. I actually want my money back I should have slept outside

It was quick, quiet, simple, the staff is professional, the communication was perfect, I like how they treated us.

Very clean room ,staff is great, breakfast okay . I think you should add bagels to breakfast menu.

From check in to checking out, staff was nice and courteous. Clean, and breakfast was limited but good.

Worse part of everything was there’s no parking for guest!!! Great location for the Bronx

Great value and great location for Yankee Stadium and other Bronx Activities. Don't let the exterior of the building get you worried! Inside the rooms are clean and simple and nicely, tastefully decorated. Lots of parking garages nearby - but note they are no re-entry lots (mostly for long term parking) so make sure you tell the garage attendants exactly when you will be coming for your car. Parking anywhere in NYC is tricky and these guys have it down to a science - so let them know so they can park your car accordingly. Parking in the Bronx is only about $26/night (Manhattan is up to $80 now).

It was a nice clean hotel so close to Yankee Stadium. The shower was really great, too. The only drawback was that one of the elevators was broken. Otherwise, a good stay.

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. It exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave a few days early due to a family emergency and the manager was so helpful in approving our request. We will definitely be staying at this specific location again when we visit NYC.

Parking for this hotel is around the corner. Its paid parking very close to this hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. Awesome shower. We did not go to the breakfast we had to leave early. The elevator is a bit slow so give yourself 10-15 min extra when going out. Next time I go to yankees I will stay here again. No problems .
