Simple room, but clean and comfortable. Nicely done bathroom, nice shower. AC unit in window is a bit loud—but they all are, that’s why I travel with ear plugs. I will rerun again if I need a room in that area.

Just okay if you need a place to sleep

I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.

Solid room for a good price. Lots of good locations nearby for food and activity. Room was simple but nice and clean.

Colony motel is in a very convenient location for me, which is why i stay there. Room is clean, beds are fairly comfortable and the shower is always good. For the price, i consider it a good value!!
