Rodeway Inn Lyons - La Grange

It was an overall pleasant stay. We stayed in a clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get in and easy to leave. The only thing I would change would be the mattress it was not very comfotable. Would go there again.

Parking was easy. Clean basic room.

Very clean the staff was helpful, but they really didn’t speak me English but everything was up-to-date. They had waffles in the morning so that was good for the kids and it’s next to a gas station and right next to the highway as well maybe like three blocks so that was convenient.

breakfast and the pool were very nice, better than expected. I waited 45 minutes to check in. noone in the office,couldn't find staff. Staff was nice once arrived. Also noone there to check out. I left the card key in a box outside the office.

A bit more road noise than I was expecting, but the recently renovated rooms were well done. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

I stayed for 2 days and the staff is so respectful and understanding. They are very pleasant and nice. The pool area was clean and easy to access. When I visit again I will be coming back to same hotel. They definitely catered to my needs and kids needs. Absolutely give them 5 stars and great job staff and keep taking pride into your work! I love it!

Very pleased with my stay here....got the suite n was shocked by how much I loved the room when I entered.....front desk clerk very helpful and even went out of his way to get me some forks and plates kinda late at night.......would definitely stay here again!!! Had a nice indoor pool as well

Very clean and great staff!

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this little hotel was. It was easy to navigate to and from downtown Chicago. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ours even had a little kitchen table and chairs which was so nice to have an extra place to put things. Staff was super friendly, too! I was nervous to stay at a place where all the room entry points were on the exterior but staying here changed my mind for sure. Would gladly stay here again.

Problem with CBS programming, it doesn’t tell you the right program! 🙄 The Staff was VERY Nice and helpful! Check in and check out was a Breeze! 👍

- The light on one side of the bed flickered constantly so it was useless. - One of the 2 towels was dirty - Bathroom fan didnt work - Morning staff completely ignored my wife as she tried to enter and return the room key while they spoke among themselves - Could hear frequent banging from the room upstairs - Gap in front door when closed. Allowing light (and potentially bugs) inside.

The front desk attendant was really pleasant and gave us a great Chinese Restaurant recommendation. He was very sweet and I did not get his name, but he was very welcoming and friendly. He definitely is great at his job! I would like to thank him so much! Please let him know that the Chinese food was amazing! And we will definitely stay again soon! The room was very clean and the perfect temperature. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

It is a Botel with exterior doors and none of the locks work.

Our stay was great. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a great parking area right next to our door. The only complaints we had were the room gets really humid after showering. The floor would be very wet throughout the entire room. We had to prop the outside door open until it dried because otherwise it wouldn’t. Also in the room we stayed in, whenever the staff members enter/exit the check-in area, the door slams really loud and wakes you up. Other than that everything was great. The pool was the perfect temperature.

The room that we first were offered was not horrible, but the fridge stopped working and leaked water all over the room. Had the upfront working come check it out said she would call the manger and get another room. 30 mins had pasted and my children were getting tired, so I went back to the front to see what was going on and she said we were going to move to another room on the second floor. I'm thinking okay. Once in the room it was dirty we found a big hairball on the bedding when we pulled the covers back dead bugs on the floor some kind of residue in the sink. My husband would not let me complain again because he just wanted to get the kids to bed after our long day.

The housekeeping staff stayed on top of everything, and our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and overall the room was very well maintained. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly come back again in the future!
