Awesome place to stay. Great location with everything included.

The evening reception and free breakfasts are great, but this location is starting to show its age with rust on the bottom of the door and peeling caulk in the bathroom.

Everything. Great value

First and foremost, the hotel is beautiful. Staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the chefs do an amazing job with the breakfast, and it was great. However, My wife and i travel a lot so we video record out first reveal hotel. While touring the hotel, there was someone dirty, stained, nasty panties hanging from the sprinkler in the wall. Because the hotel was fully booked, we stayed and someone came to get the underwear. We did not feel like the manager cared enough to do anything about it or to even offer any kind of drinks or credit to apologize. We were laughing in the moment but truly, it is super disgusting. i was able to see it as soon as i walk in, it might tell you a bit about how they clean. The pool has an adult hours if you don’t want kids splashing around you, and naturally, i’d avoid buying drinks or concessions and but then elsewhere.

The suite was huge. Excellent location. Clean room. Pillows need to be changed. Imposible to enjoy the pool with kids screaming all the time.

Staff was top notch. Very friendly and super accommodating. The breakfast and made to order omelets were very tasty.

the rooms were were clean and great, staff was great, breakfast was great,didn' get an opportunity to go to the bar, the carpet floors outside our room were terribly dirty.

Breakfast was great except for the coffee. It was like syrup. Lady at the breakfast area filling the food on Friday morning was not so plesent or helpful. She was not so kind. Other then that everything was great!

The oroperty could use some updating. Things are pretty wore. Very busy hotel.

Awesome property

My bathroom was not cleaned with hair in a tub and someone else’s poo in a toilet, floor was dirty. Night stand had drinks spilled. Door was not shut all the way as well. I had to stand there for a few minutes for staff to acknowledge me when I arrived, Al three of them were too busy with a computer issue. Breakfast was good, but the line to omlet bar was moving extremely slow, so I gave up. Disappointed, always liked my stays in ES.
