The property has holes in the hallway wall on the floor I stayed in. I was given a room that someone was already in when I opened the door and told the front desk to get a new room. The faucet in the bathroom sink was very loose and could move easily. It didn’t feel safe at night and the rooms were poorly cleaned. I would not stay here again.

Love the location. The room was beautiful, the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The elevators should be maintained better and the luggage caddy was broken.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty and in disrepair. There were 2 A/C units in the room one didn't work and the other did not produce cold air. Luckily the maintenance man got one working and was there until 10 PM working on it. The faucet in the en-suit bathing area was broken, no light in the back bathroom and the from tub/shower was a slow drain. I pulled hair out of the drain so I didn't have to stand in six inches of water while showering. The front bath only one side of the toilet seat was bolted down. The room was dirty. I went to the front desk and asked for cleaning solution, towels, air freshener and a broom with dustpan. I was given the cleaning solution, rags and air freshener but the lady at the front desk said she couldn't access the cleaner's closet and they would come (the cleaners) the next day. They did not clean my room on the 2nd day. I used the supplies to clean surfaces so I could set my things down. The hallway hadn't been vacuumed it seemed for a long time and there was a discarded roach (butt of a joint) in the hall along with debris. The hallway reeked of tobacco smoke and marijuana smoke. What you do in the privacy of your room is your business however the common areas should be cleaned and deodorized. The walls of the room and hallways were gouged and missing paint, I was charged a premium rate because the hotel was at capacity, with all the issues I felt the manager could have offered the base not premium rate for my inconvenience but wasn't.

Upon arrival, the hotel smelled horrible. The carpet was disgusting. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant and fast. We went to the second floor where our room is located and the hallway had dead bugs on the floor. Wasn’t sure if they were dead cockroaches or moths Couldn’t tell. when we walked into my room. It smelled awful like pizza and dirty feet. The AC was not on and the humidity made the stench worse. The room had no power and nothing worked. There was no phone, and many lamps had no lightbulbs. There was a big hole on the window seal, The door didn’t shut properly. Also the elevator smelled of pot. The building has clearly been patched over and peeling paint was observed. We left the hotel and booked the Hilton next door. We didn’t last more than 10 min in the room

Felt safe in the area and the price was a really good deal for 3 nights! We arrived about an hour before check-in but they allowed us to check-in early. Our room was okay in cleanliness but should have been thoroughly cleaned. There were a few dirt spots on the floor and food crumbs in a chair. I usually carry antibacterial wipes with me so I used them to clean up the little spots I saw here and there. The floor definitely needed dusting. Otherwise the beds were clean and had clean linens. One of our door locks was half broken? It needed to be screwed back into place. The room was still secure but they definitely have to replace it soon. The free breakfast can go quick so show up early (starts at 7) but had decent and plenty of options! I would stay again.

I hate leaving a review like this and usually never do, but I was disappointed in this stay for the amount of money we paid. Our room probably hadn’t been touched in months. The initial light when u walk in along with 2 other outlets were not working. Fine, I can live with lamps and windows whatever. The showers were AWFUL with stains everywhere, including stains on the towels and shower rugs. We had to go to Walmart to get Clorox wipes to wipe them down. Our one toilet would not flush the whole stay. Both sinks were BROKEN and crooked. Carpet was not vacuumed, curtains had rips in them. Our ice bucket had dust on the top, like a thick layer. Both TVs did not connect to cable or work at all. The sofa was disgusting with ripped pillows. And then my friend had a tic crawl onto her mid sleep. I can understand wear and tear on walls, floor, etc. but it was genuinely not clean. I also understand being short staffed but they should have known about a big event coming to town and had been better prepared. We stayed in town for the BTS show, will never stay again. And on top of that after we got back from the second concert our room key also quit working. Staff was nice but that’s all I can really say. Did not feel safe using the breakfast vouchers for damn sure 😂 also heard other people were missing shower curtains. Yes I get what I paid for, but also paid probably double the price bc of BTS being in town. 3 stars my ass 💀
