Wonderful location conveniently between the train station and the main touristic areas. Very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Our room was a bit cozy, but had all the things one would desire--closet, big window to open, bedside tables and lights, desk, 2 chairs, coffee & tea maker, safe, TV, and air conditioner. Bathroom was roomy. Delicious served at your table breakfast with much more than one could eat. Personable and helpful staff. Nothing to wish for other than perhaps a bit more space in the room around the bed.

Location is fabulous. 5 min stroll to the historical centre main road. Excellent restaurants close by. Right at bus stop to train station. Bit of a hike from the station if walking and wheeling luggage...about 15 minutes. Breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. Personal service too. So lovely. Dont tell anyone...its a hidden gem. Would stay again and recommend to friends. The only thing we would have liked is a bar fridge instead of the 2 chairs which we stacked together to make room for suitcases.

This hotel was like a bed and breakfast in that the family that owns it was very involved and gave us a wonderful experience while in Bruges. We loved that they retro-fitted the room with an A/C unit and this made the hot days much more acceptable. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing.. they delivered us everything we wanted for breakfast and were very kind with all of our requests. They would bring us four glasses with nice cold water and it was a very nice experience all around. So, this is just part of the whole experience but the winding steps up to the room were a bit daunting (especially after my wife injured her ankle walking). We did just fine but this might be a bit intense for an older couple, etc. Also, the A/C was wonderful but we had to make sure the door to the kid's room was open or it would get hot in their room. It was just something we learned during our stay and it was fine afterwards.

The location was perfectly central within minutes from everything by foot, yet quiet and calm. The whole place was spotlessly clean in the rooms and elsewhere. The quadruple room was excellent with a separate bedroom with double bed connected through the bathroom which was perfect with our two teenage daughters as we all had personal space. The staff were super friendly and informative giving us advice about where to go and how to make savings. The breakfast was excellent and was tailored to what we liked as our week went on which was a great personal touch. Overall we couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our needs to explore the city. When compared to other options it was great value. No negatives.

Such a cozy family run hotel, by a sweet couple. The hostess in particular was lovely and served us a delicious breakfast. The room was spotless, air conditioning, bed was comfy ! Location about 5 min from the city center. 5 stars !! /

Wonderful hospitality! Old world charm which is rare to find today! The best breakfast served with love and care! Great location to explore Bruges. Very convenient to public transportation. It was noisy, thin walls, I could hear next room or downstairs guests. Stairs are too narrow and steep for someone with mobility.

Excellent location, staff are really friendly. Breakfast is delicious, the gentleman at the reception and the woman serving breakfast are very nice, polite and friendly. The rooms are a bit small but this is not a complaint.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, and happily answered all my stupid tourist questions. And this wasn't some bland, box hotel. This place has charm!
