The location was excellent, with most of Bruges’ main attractions just a 7–10 minute walk away. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room had a coffee machine, and the coffee capsules were replenished daily. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff were friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. On the first day, the hand soap dispenser was filled with water instead of soap. When we informed the staff that evening, they accidentally brought us hair conditioner instead. In addition, the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was empty and was never refilled during our stay, so we had to buy our own.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. I found the location to be very nice, with a more calmer vibe but still very close to centrum.

The triple room worked out very well for our family, including our teenage son. (The barn door to close off his part of the room was a great touch.) The air conditioning worked great, which was crucial because there was a summer heat wave. The bathroom being separate from the shower(two sinks) was helpful too. We loved the location, esp. stepping out into the square with the bustling Saturday market. Minor issues: * There is no “night light” mode for the bathroom. An auto light turns on (full brightness) when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. * Also, there was no counter space for our suitcase because the fridge doesn’t appear to fit in its original spot and was instead on top of the counter.

The location is just in the city centre, close to everything The room is spacious for a family of 4, super clean. The bathroom is big and very clean. A separate toilet is a bonus The reception is very polite and helpful, we can store our luggage after check out nothing.

Wonderful hotel in the city center, 10 minutes from the train station by foot. Near Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (less than 1 minute), which is extremely convenient if you attend a conference and want to see the city center.
-
The location was excellent, it’s a quaint little town outside of Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food and shopping. The beds could have been more comfortable
-
Good location and comfortable room. The room had everything you needed: a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine. On the 2nd night, hot water stopped flowing from the shower - only cold.
-
Excellent accomodation in the center of Bruges. Particularly appreciated the parking and the view.
-
The staff was very nice Right across the street from a carnival. Extremely loud from outside. Rooms were sparse but efficient.
-
Great location very close to the train station. A bus from the train will drop you off almost right in front of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and a very modern and clean bathroom. Room was spacious. We loved it.

Locatrion was good The twin beds that kept seperating

It is a pretty average European hotel. You can expect cleanliness and nice service, but other than that - there is no wow. The concierge was welcoming and friendly. The location is superb. Although one thing to note - they say they provide parking if you book a room, but in reality it is a city parking and it costs extra to leave your car there. Car parking policy was unclear. I thought it was already included in the room price, but it wan't.

We know this hotel, this is our third or fourth time visiting it, got upgraded to square view rooms. The location is very good, a minute's walk from the old city, very nice staff.
-
The property is very comfortable and the rooms well appointed A nice walk to the shops and churches But good to not be in the middle of all the noise especially in peak season

Good location After showering late in the evening we realized that, because of a faulty evacuation system, the water had been running all over the bathroom floor and into the room. The carpet was soaked everywhere in the room from our bed to the bathroom door. We reported the problem at the reception but the night staff was unable to provide another room, so we just had to live with it. We addressed the issue again when checking out the next day, and told the staff that we did not believe we had received the service we paid for. The only answer from the lady at the reception desk was that she would report the issue, she then proceeded to take a phone call to end the discussion. The only vague concern was reporting the issue for the next guest, there was no interest at all in the service we received. One would expect a commercial gesture or at least an apology for the inconvenience, but apparently not in this hotel.
