Wonderful Staff . Everyone at the front desk was amazing. They made the place truly special. The hotel is located in the most perfect place. Connectivity is a breeze. 10€ uber to Brugge central. 10 min walk to the square. Very good Bars and restaurants which mostly locals visit are 2 mins away . Will not stay in any other place in Brugge. Thank you NH team for making my family’s stay truly memorable. Nothing everything worked out extremely well

Excellent location, ample nearby parking space.
-
Location and comfortable bed The bathroom is a bit old and the shower in the bath tub is very inconvenient
-
Very good location

We booked for a triple room, but the room was not triple. They put an extra bed, but it is not the same thing, Otherwise the hotel was clean and nice. Bed and the pillows were comfortable.

front desk is amazing, kind and helpfull rooms are not well checked, houskeeping and technical staff are rude and not doing their job!! frige not working, water tab closed so water is not running and the technician complaining “ooo woman!!” because I did not move the furniture to see that the frige was not plugged etc. etc. and the bed leg was broken but it was holiday so technician did not come to fix I had to repack and change room

The family room was big enough for 3

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was great, just 10 mins walk to the center of town. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking was easy just underneath the market place in front of the hotel.

Room - good size, view not great but a window that opened was a plus. Free water on arrival was nice but would have been nice to have this every day since the hotel shop was charging 4 euros for a 33cl plastic bottle

Breakfast and kindness of the staff. The facilities, the location and the price.

Great location. Comfortable room. Well equipped. Water pressure in shower (room 429) was low.
-
Very convenient location. Loved the charging stations in the room. Loved the variety of pillows. In most hotels, pillows are too large or thick for me. Loved having two comfortable chairs.
-
The hotel was a short walk from the train station. The hotel was a short walk to the city center. The price was great and the breakfast had lots of choices. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Location and how staff managed a problem during the check-in Very old and tired furniture, not comfortable bath, lack of lights
-
Nice location The room was not cleaned, we found wine glasses under our bed and the towels hand stains on them. We found black hairs in the towels in the bathroom. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, the hotel was super outdated and the walls were stained.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel, had a very comfortable stay and the hotel offered a great base to explore Bruges from. Only very minor problems. Floor was wet in the bathroom on our arrival, we assume it was from mopping but a little unpleasant. The shower and bath also did not drain very well.

Location, Location, Location. Although it is not as close as we thought to Bruges Station and walking to the hotel is something we did not think our luggage will survive (cobbled stone streets) it is well connected by public transport, about 2 minutes walk from the entrance to the old town and in a perfect location not to be noisy. The staff was super nice. We have stayed in several NH properties around Europe and it is the first time we are not pleased with our stay, I mean I understand this is Bruges and that we cannot expect properties to be newly built but there are things that can be done to maintain a property and make it look well kept. The bathroom was ample but the whole room had a feeling of being old and because the shower within the tub was right in front of the air conditioning vents we could see that it had been a long time since they cleaned them. The bathroom screen was not set in place properly and since it was so narrow taking a shower was a hassle and it will leave us with a lake in the floor. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows terrible for your neck. In short, not to the standards we have come to expect from NH and not good value for money this time.
