Courtyard by Marriott Brunswick

All was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the pool is permanently closed. If I knew this beforehand I would have booked another hotel. I reviewed the listing and it does not mention a pool so that's on me. The AC in the room worked well as I like it cold at night. The comforter is very warm, warmer than most I've used before. The room was clean, however I did find a dead cockroach on the floor when I woke up on my last morning. Overall, the stay was nice and quiet. The price was good and the hotel was nice. I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice compared to others I have stayed at in this area.

The room was very clean, the amenities were nice. They even included a free breakfast. The staff was great and helpful.

I was traveling alone with my 2 kids. Another family was given my same room/key & barged into my room at 10:30pm. Front desk barely apologized and offered no compensation (I had to ask for breakfast-which was just a coffee) The room cleaner chemicals were nauseating, there was a terrible karaoke set up happening in the lobby in the evening. Oh and the free cup of milk given to my kid was rotten. Never again.

Well maintained. Clean spacious room. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast in particular was very nice. Only hiccup was lack of menu items as they ran out of most of the entrees.

The room was nice & clean. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite loud. We also arrived around 10pm & we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come back.

The hotel is new and well looked after. Close to stores and restaurants. Relatively a quiet area. The only thing wrong with the hotel is the outdoor pool is not functional and it looks like it is still bring installed. Otherwise the staff are welcoming

Dulcina was excellent at check in. Room was VERY clean & modern. Hotel smelled great (no weed smell which is everywhere these days). This stay may have won me over to the Marriott brand lol. Highly recommend!

Room wasn’t cleaned properly multiple spots were missed.

On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.

Gentlemen at front desk was very helpful. Room was nice and clean.
