We stopped at this highly rated Hampton for a quick overnight highway stop. We checked in and went to our room to sleep—and the toilet did not work. We immediately called for maintenance and they never came. We left the following morning and simply never had a working toilet. The room was clean but the toilet was filled with tissue, so it appears that the staff knew that the toilet wasn’t working and ignored it, even after our request for help.

The breakfast included in the stay is amazing!!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed a few times there. It’s our go to when staying in Brunswick

Only complaint would be the terrible mattress in the sofa bed. Stains and you could easily feel the metal springs. Granddaughter just slept on the closed sofa. I would stay there if I didn’t need to rely on the sofa bed.

Very clean, excellent customer service. One issue toilet got stopped up and no one ever came to fix also pool was not open.

My first time there, although it was in the middle of them losing electricity because of a storm, they were very proficient

Everything was good. Staff were great , the room was cold when we got in, breakfast was great and lots of different stuff to choose from, the staff working the breakfast area were so nice and welcoming. Only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was closed but it wasn’t the hotels fault. Just wish they would have said something at the time of booking the room.

Don’t know how the hotel was. I received a message while driving they had cancelled my stay due to an issue with my card even though it was pay at property. When I got there I was told I should have called. We tried several times and now one would answer. Funny thing is the phone was ringing while I was talking to the lady at desk who wouldn’t answer the phone. The lady wouldn’t even help me and didn’t offer to help me rebook room.

Pool was a hit

The Out of Order Hotel. One of two elevators not working, ice machine not working, out of bottled water disappointing breakfast, no in room coffee. Farbelow the standard I expect at a Hampton. We will not be back.

Location was great and the staff were very polite and professional.
