AC worked well Looked like mold on the lamp shades and in bathroom, also chipping paint in bath toilet was not secure. Neither was the hairdryer. The table was too short for the chair so you couldn’t push the chair in completely. The pool was closed due to not being able to keep chlorine in it so they had to keep it closed just in case the health department came breakfast was either waffles a banana or your choice of two different cereals. The Wi-Fi was shitty as well.

The location Nothing was working in the room properly.

This Hotel is about four years behind in having a major renovation. Something slippery over the entire floor. Paint chipping in many areas. I would have preferred to sleep in my car.

Cold shower no hot water and breakfast was not good

The pool.was closed for two.days and nobody said nothing upon check in.

My stay here was ok. The buffet style breakfast they say they serve is definitely not a buffet or breakfast. The closest thing to breakfast was the waffle. The room was clean and cozy. The TV only has 10 channels. The TV actually has more apps than channels. Unfortunately the WiFi connection was terrible. It went out every 20 minutes. This spot is conveniently located near some great breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. You can visit Toucans. Show your room key and get a good discount. The Waffle House serves a much better breakfast! Last but not least you can not get clean towels and washcloths until you turn in the used ones. And they all will be accounted for before the clean ones are handed over.

Everything Nothing

Not much Needs updating. Carpeted floors in one of the rooms we booked. Dirty carpet throughout building. Tv and phone didn’t work upon arrival. Instead of giving us a new room like we requested the front desk clerk told us maintenance had to check it. So she sent a maintenance man into our room at 11:30 at night after traveling all day.

When I arrived I was given a room that hadn’t been made up or cleaned. After a long drive I had to go back to the office and ask for another room. Clerk was very slow. Got to my room… dirty walls drapes were too long over the ac and blew all night and had nasty looking stains on the. newly replaced furniture w the exception of one badly frayed chair. Breakfast was a joke… someone should tell them that little Debbie oatmeal pies are not breakfast food. Very limited. I grabbed a banana and yogurt and got out of there. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I reserved the hotel room for 2 nights. I didn’t realize how ugly the hotel and area was. I checked in 3 hrs prior to my parents arrival and when they arrived they mentioned how ugly and dirty the rooms were with ashes of possible cigarette on top of the bed. Front desk was notified and she said she couldn’t do anything about it if my parents wanted to they could call back the next day when the manager was available. My parents did not feel safe and decided to leave and book another hotel. Worst experience ever tried calling the hotel and no one would pick up.

It's was very pleasant my family and I had a great time

Nothing at all! Rooms smells bad!! Roof in the hallway has a big hole smh never will stay again!

I went in to get my key card, people were sitting outside with their kids in lawn chairs playing in the rain. That was charming to see family involvement that didn't mind boys being boys but I'm pretty sure they may have lived there. Then I saw the receptionist who had someone (a friend) on speaker phone using all sorts of foul language, her wig was half falling off and in all sorts of disrepair, she didn't even tell the person to hold on, she just kept on with her conversation with him as she attempted to check me in. Once I got to my room I was met with a man drinking beer outside his room with his door wide open who told me if he got too loud to just knock on his door and let him know, I walked in my room and was smacked in the face with weed. I immediately left to the the store to grab odor neutralizing spray and a candle. I then went to dinner, came back and my neighbor was now shirtless, still outside my door, but now drinking a liquor drink and even more adamant that I let him know if he's too loud. I assured him that I'd let him know but really I could care less. The bedding and pillows were awesome so I quickly fell asleep but I'll never make that mistake ever ever again.

It was so bad we went somewhere else Nothing

The toilet was loses and ran continuously we were there for 5 nights and our room never got cleaned no fresh towels one of the beds was near a outlet and if the bed moved it would unplug the light

The rooms are outdated tv didn’t work they didn’t clean the room the whole time of our stay our stay was 5 days we had a pet but they were crated we never got clean towels the toilets water ran the whole time the pool had mold on the edges and there were no pool chairs the breakfast was ok it was only waffles yogurt or cereal and fruit coffee and juice
