The only problem is we walked next door to the store to get food and with permission carried a buggy back with our groceries. We were taking the buggy back asap but before we could get out the door, the desk clerk came with a paper saying they were giving us a warning and that on the second one we would be asked to leave our room and the property. We were not given time to even get our groceries put up and take the buggy back. It was like a concentration camp. There are so many rules. You can't stand outside, you can't have your door open, you can't socialize with anyone. Next time we will go for a place where we can enjoy ourselves without being governed.

Very nasty, i arrived an hour after checkin and they still wanted me to wait another few hours no discount or curtesy

Ok area but lots of noise people walking around The front desk person was incompetent he had to call other people to assist him with the checking in process

The card key didn't work at all to the door

Tub had used que tips in it and the towels had what seemed like makeup smudges on them.

The property was good. They had cockroaches and the room was not clean.

Awful place. It's old, dirty and uncomfortable!! The sort of place you leave your socks on!

The rooms were not really clean and the floors needed to be replaced. The bedding was not that clean and they also had roaches. The little microwave they had was disgusting. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in at any moment and the toilet was broken and the bathtub was nasty. I understand they were a cheaper hotel but they could of at least cleaned it really good

The staff was amazing, the room I stayed in was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

I have never had an issue staying here before I even always tipped the housekeeping as I was leaving. But when I went to check in this time the man at the desk which is an older black male, accused me of something I had not done during my previous stay. He said that my boyfriend and I pulled a gun on him! I personally am petrified of guns and have never owned one. I tried telling him that he was wrong and he kept arguing with me calling me a liar. I quit trying to argue because I was tired and wanted a room that I reserved. He gave me a room and I went to the room and the AC didn't work so I requested another room and the AC did not work in that room either and it smelled like pet urine. I brought it to his attention and he told me that I can just leave! I have never given these people a problem at this place and have even given great reviews during my previous stays. I left the property and tears from this shameful experience with this man. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

Overall this property needs updating and a good deep cleaning. I saw roaches on more than one occasion and wouldn’t stay again.
