First off, I called before stay to ask for larger bed and was told no problem and to change reservations from 5 to 7 nights. Upon trying to find hotel, the address on the website was incorrect.And we kept calling and calling the front desk and no one answered to give us directions.Finally found the hotel on a different address. Once arrived, the location was off of a super busy street that had traffic all night in was told, I only had a reservation 2 nights. Decided not to stay and was told by front desk girl that there would be no problem getting money's back but have not been able to so far.

There was no fridge in the room and the shower water pressure was low. Bed mattress was a little too firm.

The staff were very friendly. The clock on my cellphone did not change to local time when I flew from California. Hence, I was late checking out of my room. The staff were very courteous and understood the error. I appreciated that very much.

Good location and comfortable and staff helpful and friendly Construction nearby and noisy very early in morning.

The staff were nice I didn’t like the fact that booking oversold the rooms and when we got there, our reservation couldn’t be honored due to the hotel being sold out.

Really noisy from the Main Street nearby. Can hear loud cars drive by constantly. The cleanliness of room and ac available.

We mostly liked the location and the pricing. It was very basic, but met our needs as we were only staying one night.

Great location in the heart of old bucerias. Very close to restaurants, markets, beach. Don’t let the outside fool you. Once inside it is a maze of rooms and spaces. Our room was very modern and comfortable for 2 people. Unfortunately there was a huge hole in the ground next to our balcony where new construction is going on so the view is not great and there was some noise early in the morning. But the staff make up for any inconvenience. Very helpful and kind. Helped with our luggage in and out of the room as we had stairs to navigate. Construction next door

Good location. Bed furniture was too big for the room so every time you moved it hit the wall and made weird noises. WiFi went out a lot. Shower didn’t get hot and got the room wet.

The location was excellent and the bed pillows and the AC were good as well. The water pressure in the shower was just god-awful and the water was never warm and the door lock wasn’t very secure.
