Good location, nice pool, friendly staff, clean and comfortable Not enough washcloths, no shampoo, no bathroom near the pool
-
The unique layout and friendly pool experience. I wasn’t aware I was in the open air suite until I arrived

Went above and beyond for our family in time of need when we were not able to travel. Location and accommodations were fabulous
-
Cute place with minimal rooms so it was never crowded or noisy Hard to find a staff member sometimes
-
Very beautiful grounds Not much

Loved this property. Especially enjoyed pool and the rooftop terrace, as well as having access to a barbecue. Very short, walk to the beach and many restaurants not too far away. The pillows could use a bit of an update. As well as the cushions in the individual suites and on the rooftop terrace, need a little TLC.

No breakfast Shower didn’t drain Toilet kept running Bed was horrible All of the above
-
Very quiet and walking distance to beach and little shops around the area..

All was amazing

Location yo beach The room was average, dated, pillows were hard and old. Hard to come from a 2 bed 2 bath condo with kitchen and laundry for $90 cad /night to a room with a bed tucked in the back of a hotel for $163/night.
-
It was close to public transportation and a supermarket There wasn’t a restaurant or bar
-
I liked everything Nothing to dislike.

Nice price in little villa style with pool, and another little hot tub size pool, nice little rooftop for sunset cocktail. Great for the hotter weather. Security gate. My room was most inexpensive and was small, a little dark but nice bed, cute Mexican style bath. Not very soundproof. It felt Mexican which I like. The owner/ manager was there to show me around, a very nice guy. I could see how people rent the bigger brighter suites for weeks annually just to relax in the warmer climate only about a block from the very long beach and in the cute small tourist village with many restaurants and shops right there. A lot of restaurants had guitar players! (I was happy I got my Mexican hand blown glasses with the teal rims I had been wanting for a decent price before going to airport!) I got my roots done as walk in for a good price around the block, I got compliments on and they were so nice. i It’s a suberb basically now of Puerto Vallarta with all the hotels going up. They just don’t know when to quit, but that’s Mexico. Also near bustop and taxis to Airport and near Sayulita <3 I lost my necklace when I was leaving. It was by bed that morning and I moved it, probably tucked in fold on bedspread. I looked but was in a hurry to get to cab for airport. So unless someone came in when I was in the shower and snagged it, unlikely, it must have been found. I emailed them asking if they found it could they mail it to me and messaged them but they never answered.

it was close to the beach and on a dead end street it was a little bit of a distance from the local markets but not an issue if you like to walk and explore

Staying in the palapa suite was so much fun. Lots of room for 2 and right above the pool. The amenities need updating in the kitchen. Pots, pans and cooking utensils.
