The buffet was decent for an-all inclusive hotel. This was an all-inclusive hotel with a large property, not a resort. The receptionist upon arrival sped through the amenities and locations. The staff was almost never helpful.

It was close to Busceria’s , lots of pools , restaurants , staff was very friendly I liked everything

Liked the overall Buffett food but didn’t have time to use the restaurants. We had to cancel one day of the resort and did not get a refund even after asking both resort and booking.com

Very clean. Long opening hours for each meal. Boogie boards for kids. Large property. Not enough lounge chairs for guests. All staked out/reserved by other guests by 8.30am. All the pools close at 6pm? No where for kids to swim after 6pm other than the ocean. Limited water-sports (sup, kayaks). No where to access bottled water on property outside of meal times

By far breakfast was the best, omelettes and fruit...water views and good seating options

Location and food Loved pools Room was dingy floor looked dirty

The beach and property were great. The staff is doing a really good job on keeping the grounds looking excellent. The buildings closest to the beach (Blocks 1 & 2) were definitely old / dated and needed to be refurbished (Modernized). The Wi-FI coverage around the resort was iffy at best and in our case, in our room, was non-existent. The booking APP for the restaurants did not work - which necessitated getting in a long line, usually a good hour before the reservation desk opened, in order to book a dinner reservation. There is a “No Reserving Loungers” policy that is TOTALLY ignored (not enforced) If you wanted a lounger on the beach you had to be down there before 6 am. If you wanted a poolside lounger you had to be there by 7:15am and sit there until the pool actually opened up at 9am. (I went to the desk agent one morning at 7:35am complaining about all the loungers being “reserved” by people placing towels and books in them and was told that I should call security, which I did and who didn’t seem to know about the “No Reserving Loungers policy” and I went back with the security guard to the same agent who then said that there was a ‘One hour grace” policy. There were many other guests present at that time and believe me NO ONE HAD EVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE!

Nothing The staff were horrible, the hotel was disgusting
-
Amazing location. So many pools! Always enough chairs at the beach. Rings are starting to show their age

I liked all the pools and areas to hang out. I wouldn’t book through this site again. I had issues at check in and they were going to charge me more for kids even though I specified ages upon booking. I contacted you all (Booking.com) and you weren’t helpful AT ALL. Your generic email was basically like if there’s extra fees, pay them? But no apology, no explanation why they were charging us more. It was shady and I wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was jjust meh.Staff generally did not really make things clear or go out of their way to make things better. Exception Block 5 bar
-
Good Coffee. Always chasing and waiting for coffee or coffee was empty. Bars were under staffed.

I loved to see that the local people with their families come to stay at this hotel. It was very nice to be immersed in the Mexican culture, so family-oriented and the Spanish language. The hotel is lovely and the beach is beautiful. The only negative for me was that someone from our ‘party’ (me) had to get up so early (6:30 am) to go stand in a lineup at 7:00 pm to reserve one of the five à la carte restaurants on the property. There should be a better system for reserving these special restaurants.

The check-in staff were unhelpful. There was an issue with my booking due to using a third party site. I kept being told their supervisor was “busy” despite her being on the phone and chatting with staff. After several hours, I was told the Bogota sales offices was now closed and those were the only people that could help with my reservation. I booked for one night so we could resolve I the morning. The food overall was quite bad despite the $400/night price tag. WiFi/cell service is limited. The gym could barely fit 5 adult comfortably. Drinks were pretty limited. For example, they didn’t have a sparkling wine for mimosas. I ended up staying at another all inclusive nearby for half the price and far better service, food, and amenities.

The location, the staff Pretty much everything else. We had been there a few times before Covid and always liked it. This time the food was aweful. Always the same, no theme food anymore, no even fresh churros on Mexican night. Way too much emphasis on hotdog and hamburgers. So many issues with room from clogged shower drain, broken towel hooks and tiles to patio door that was so hard to open. Only one show at 9:30 pm now?!! Way too late! 8:30 pm would make more sense. The shows used to be so good. The dancers are still great but too much filler with the MC and no mariachis in the show on Mexican night. Very disappointing. We used to recommend this place to everyone we knew but we won’t anymore. We will no be back which is too bad as the location is great.

The first day we arrived the A/C was broken and we lost our room with the ocean view. We had to move three times and only one block had an elevator. The worst is we tried to contact booking.com to discuss the fact we paired for an ocean view and got a generic view. The low ratings are more about the customer service from booking.com than the property or the service we received from the staff and property. I would definitely stay again, but not use booking.com. With all the problems we encountered the staff and property went above and beyond and any negative rating is all due to booking.com lack of response on not discussing any about the vacation we paid for.

Everything was great, welcoming, friendly environment. All the events at the event center are amazing always a good show. The buffet was great and served a variety of of foods. Will be back for sure The snack bar needs to have more selection of foods

Great all inclusive on a lovely beach walking distance to Bucerias. Alcoholic drinks were too sweet and very little alcohol in them . Beer and wine was good though .

It was beautiful, everything about it. Gorgeous views.
