Nice place and amenities Everything was good

Clean, shallow beach, perfect for kids. A lot of iguanas to entertain the guests, they are like green furless cats. A lot of amenities at the property, well stocked gym, great food, excellent staff. It seems that pool area could benefit from a little more umbrellas.

It was a beautiful property. The time share/vacation package people were very high pressure and took double the time they said it would. It ruined our stay. We would not return to this resort because of the interaction with them.

I like the room, the pool, breakfast at La Casona, nice dinner at the italian restaurant, the staff was very nice.

Breakfast was excellent. The service was wonderful and friendly. However, you may be disappointed if you expect your typical American breakfast. This is Mexico after all. You have three places to have breakfast; the two restaurants offer a varied buffet while the small 'market' outside provides somewhat of a continental breakfast. One one in our group of seven complained about anything. Well, the kids wanted more sun. Go figure.

The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning and the staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job each day! Having to wait in a line each day for a dinner reservation is ridiculous and took away from our experience. The lack of ability for kids to "play" in the pool was over the top.

It was quiet, the sister resort next door was busier. Perfect for us. Grandchildren went there for kids club and loved every minute of it. Staff were very friendly and very hapoy. Loved everything. Going back in November.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable The food was not great and very very overpriced. We left the property to eat and had amazing food elsewhere.. very disappointed in the food

Clean, friendly, helpful, everything as good or better than expected. Great deli/convenience store with ATM that gets you pesos. Great selection of restaurants. Quick room service & great food! Pool closed at 8:00. Could stay open a little longer. Not much to do on property for night life & quite a hike to downtown.
