I enjoyed it being next to the beach and being all inclusive resort That the staff cater more to white Americans/Canadians and if you look brown or Mexican you are ignored and treated less than.

had to replace our TV 3 times, water dripping through the ceiling due to air conditioner above, was not able to watch College National Championship game

Right on the ocean! Lots of pool space and lots of dining room. Difficult to get a reservation at the restaurants other than the buffet.

Location , staff, pool, view and breakfast buffet People saving seats by the pool. If you didn’t set an alarm you missed out. All seats were taken by 7:30 am And who wants to set an alarm on a holiday. Some people never even used the seats. Not good. Resort is dated and rooms, stairs and hallways could be cleaner.

The buffet was great, and the staff were very nice too. We did not experience the other restaurants, however, I stopped into the little coffee shop on our first morning, and the line was very long and only one person working. Well, part of this is my fault. I know it was not an "adults only" resort, but I felt that because we were going to be there during the week, there wouldn't be many families. I did not anticipate HOW many families were going to be there with small children, so there was only really one pool we could use, because everyone knows kids pee in the pool b/c they are kids. However, the first night we were there, I think there were a few bachelor parties, so not only was it really hard to get a drink with the bartender who was servicing walk ups (again, the line was long), but I noticed all the guys were spilling their drinks into the pool as they partied. We sat on the beach our first night, but I didn't really notice anyone servicing the beach guests. Also, the chairs were sprawled everywhere and we couldn't have a conversation without getting hit up by families trying to sell us every trinket under the sun. One after the other. Our room was decent and large and faced the ocean, which was nice, but we left the room on Sunday morning around 10:30-11am and took the "do not disturb" sign off our handle so that our room can be serviced, but we got missed. We called the front desk around 7-7:30pm I think to ask for service and nobody came, so we flagged down the staff that we saw on the floor above and they happily came in to clean. Alberto, my husband who speaks Spanish, asked them why it took so long and she said they have a staff of 20 cleaners to clean 400 rooms. Obviously, they are understaffed. However, she was super friendly, even though she had been there since morning, and she cleaned it quickly and really well. Again, part of this was our fault as we didn't gauge this correctly for how we like to travel. The staff was very friendly, but we moved hotels after 2 days, which is expensive to do something like that.

I definitely love the big pool, which is excellent for my family. The room has a nice pool and sea view. The beds were comfortable. The dinner was not fully enjoyable; the dishes were nice, but the amount of time we spent there was incredible, perhaps 45 minutes for the entry and another 40 for the main course. The place was not whole at all, I believe less than half the place, it was cosy, and the waitress was very helpful, but simple the meals take long time to arrive.

When it was raining the ceiling was dripping water and soaked the couch, my expensive makeup, and jewelry in my room and all I got was an upgrade to a different room. My jewelry and makeup is now ruined. The food was disgusting, and when I got there my room didn’t even have a fridge. I will never stay here again. Just awful.

Room comparable to roadside motel, most food mediocre

Property location Water leak in bathroom ceiling, mold in closet, shower head was broken, maintenance staff did not make any necessary repairs as needed. No accommodations were given after report of leak. Staff not very helpful

Avg place to stay restaurants are a headache to place a reservation. Rooms are ok food so so plus the check in is a mess

We loved the location How open it was and the two pools NO VEGAN options and the wifi SUCKED

Good location and nice view No clean towels, never restocked mini bar, broken phone never fixed. No hot water only warm. No available chairs at pool. Bad food.

Ice Cream, when the machine wasn't out of order Staff, Service, Food, Cleaning, Towel Supply, Fridge & Safe did not work, s l o w bar service, terrible food at a le carte

The room was very nice adult pool was great, food was good. Staff were very helpful. Do not use theATM machine, they have no money. We tried 3 different times and each time it said it cancelled the transaction. We asked the person at the check in counter and he said no money come later. Anyways, after the 3rd time, we thought we better look at our bank and it showed that the transactions had gone through when they had not. Spent an hour on the phone with our bank getting straightened out. We told them to put a sign on the machine but they refused. Also the sign up for the specialty restaurants did not work very well and although they had a sign up about reserving chairs around the pool, they did not enforce it. People were coming down at 4am to reserve chairs. By 7am all the chairs would be gone.

the whole vibe was good and I see a lot off potential in this hotel. we got a free upgrade to a see side junior suite what is always a plus. we were traveling with a teener and there are a lot a places only for adults. Also the restaurants were ok but not great. our rooms were big but needed some updates. very old furnitures.

Not enough help for seniors.

Paulo is the best bar tender amazing cocktails ??? Really hard to book for dinner to the restaurant … it was everything was full got to ask the receptionist and they book us in even if the restaurant was half full ! I would says it something wrong with their online reservation.

The resort is a smaller resort but it has everything you need and everything is really clean There was only one buffet so breakfast was super crowded and busy. The food was great but sometimes it ran out, I didn’t experience this during lunch or dinner only breakfast.

The restaurants and the pools were great. We enjoyed them to their fullest. At our arrival, the room didn’t had enough towels for the three of us and the beds were not as comfortable.

Loved the beach and pool area. The bed was very comfortable! The food was really good actually compared to others all inclusive options. All was lovely. The furniture in the room seems a bit old (probably because of the fabrics with the humidity) and the door from the shower fell while taking a shower which is extremely dangerous.
