Definitely need to improve alcohol quality with premium liquor and wish they had more pool space.

Food was good ..staff were great and place was clean .

Some of the workers were friendly. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The first room we were given was so dirty that we had to request a new one the next day—but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. We paid for the all-inclusive package, but the service was terrible from start to finish. At one point, the water was completely shut off for half a day with no warning or updates. Every time I called for an update they were “annoyed” and stopped answering. I had to rinse off my two babies using bottled water, which was unacceptable. The pool water was consistently cloudy and looked unhygienic. Whenever we tried to call the front desk for help or information, no one ever answered. The food was another major letdown—it was bland, watery, and often inedible. Each restaurant on the property had extremely long wait times, often over an hour, and even then, our meals would arrive cold or incomplete. The day we came back I had to go to the ER because of how severely sick I got. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel did not come close to meeting basic expectations.

The weather was great and the entertainments in the evenings. The gym was small and not too many workouts equipment. Very old equipment. Some of the bartenders were not as friendly. I requested for more drinking water in my room, and they never brought it. I had to go to the front desk twice and get a few bottles myself.

Location was great. Close to the airport and walking distance to Bucerias. Lots of lounges at beach. We liked the boogie board available and the shuffle board. The rooms were a little smaller than expected and no door on bathroom for privacy. The shower plugged up when using.

Nothing - old and dated. Misrepresented as a 5 star Room was dirty, not stocked properly, ac was broken, staff unhelpful, food was awful and noise all night plus hard beds equals no sleep … will not recommend

The property was extremely clean and well-maintained-everywhere. All staff- from the servers, cleaners and entertainment staff were excellent. The kids pool area was a hit for my kids. The variety and quality of food was excellent. The nightly shows were great. The bar inside the room was topped every other day. The overall experience was 100 %.

I liked the most the bar at the pool, the pools, the variarty of restaurants (the breakfast is simply wonderful, with so many options, you can literally eat anything you want, the bardenters and waiters are super nice and polite with everyone all the time, the RIU party was spetacular, the Mexican Fest was incredible with a lot of Mexican activities to share about the Mexican culture, with a lot of dancers, the hot tub that is included in the SPA services, the drinks ?, the variaty of drinks included in the bar in the badroom, the bar with tv, computers with games, snacks, cappuccino and sweet breads available 24hours, the activities to have fun during the stay, the staff is incredible, amazing, super friendly and hepful. At RIU Jalisco you can definitely have so much fun!!!!! ???? We loved our stay!!! Maybe the property could pay morr attention to few details such as: - The water in the bathroom was not hot as expected but we called to the lobby and they provided details on how to fix the issue, it helped a little. - the elevator is very slow and old, it should be updated if possible. - to play ? you need to pay $35 Mexican pesos. (Maybe it could be free, but if it is not possible, the people in the lobby can change money for you, there is another option to get money, that is using the ATM available in the lobby). - The food offered during the lunch time could be better, specially the one served in the Mexican restaurant. Everthing was espectacular, we really enjoyed our romantic stay at RIU Jalisco.

The only complaint we had was the birds on the outside dining areas-especially during breakfast hours.

Pools beach Food was terrible food poisoning for two of our group. Grandson had bloody nose charged 134.00 for bedding!

The staff was nice and attentive. Good activities for kids. Good quality shows and entertainment. Nice pool and beach areas. Everything is included, no hidden fees. Well kept facilities. We felt very safe. Several aspects of our stay fell short of expectations. The taste of the dishes often missed the mark. The vegetarian food options were very limited, especially protein sources . Getting snacks by the pool in the late afternoon was not possible, and there were no snacks in the room's minibar (just drinks). The towel system was inconvenient, requiring a card that could lead to a charge if lost. Also, many pool chairs were reserved early and left empty. Our first room was noisy at night due to loud partying way past midnight, and we had to request a room change to get some sleep.
