The hotel room looked much nicer in the photos than it was in reality. The room was very worn and bathroom was very dirty in the corners of the floor, toilet was loose and the toilet paper holder has rust all around it. For the money I paid I was not impressed!

Nice room and very nice staff, pillows were quite sad and don’t think i’ll return for that reason as it took up half the pillow case and that’s a huge part of my sleep…

I'm from Buffalo and come into town a few times a year to visit family. This was my first stay at this hotel since my last regular hotel has slowly become a dump! There's no breakfast at this location, (there's a Tim Horton's and Altons restaurant literally steps away for breakfast) but the unlimited coffee/hot chocolate station was fantastic! Our room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful when I asked about an issues on my bill. We'll definitely be staying at this hotel again. When I booked our stay, I did request an end room for our visit, but didn't get one. Thats the only thing I can think of during this visit.
