M Hotel Buffalo

Out off 6 reading lamps on the room only 2 worked. Plug to alarm clock was bent and didn’t work. Check in was a bad experience. Everyone had to wait in lobby then rushed in to the desk exactly at 4 pm. I never experienced that at any hotel.

First, this is not a 3 star hotel and having that attached to the hotel is dishonest. This was a 1 star; nothing wrong with that, just level-sets expectations. The bathroom was in poor shape: peeling in the tub and sink and the toilet barely hung on. The internet was terrible: 6 Mbps is not usable. I had to work from the hotel and had to leave because a hotspot was the only way to connect to the hotel. Along with that, the AC took forever to work. If I make a change (60 on cool to 70 with heat), it shouldn't take almost 3 hours to change. In summary, if you choose to stay here: be aware of the fact that this is just a place to lay your head. I wasn't expecting or wanting a white-glove experience but a clean room and internet that works isn't a crazy ask.

The room was not to my standards of clean and pullout was not usable. The manager tried everything in her power to fix . But unfortunately was unable to do anything despite her best efforts. Switched me into three different rooms . I give 100 percent respect to manager But cleaning staff need to be trained to clean

Pictures on website are not accurate to actual rooms. Outside of a slight few hotel workers, none spoke English to be able to communicate needs/help for service. Sinks & tub drains absolutely do not drain. TV screen at least in my room obviously has been missed over by cleaning service and was sticky and disgusting. Was supposed to stay 2 nights, left after 1. Still waiting for compensation of those changes to happen. Hotel tells you they are putting a $250 hold on your card for "incidentals" when they should be ashamed of their amenities and services. Hotel was apparently a Sheraton 4 star that went into bankruptcy and purchased by another owner. New owner needs to get their act together because it's a disgrace. The smell in the room was appalling. Thermostat did not work. Website shows again, something very deceptive. Would never recommend nor will I ever stay here again.

Hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Hotel room was dirty. Not vacuumed, food left in fridge, bathroom had hairs in shower and on wall and floor. Looked like behind the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years based off the dust behind it.

This is hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could I have switched hotels, I would have. Took over 45 minutes to check in. They overbooked the hotel, the rooms paid for are not available…. Please do yourself a favour and stay very far away from this hotel. Black mold in the rooms and bathrooms. Hallways are filled with buckets to collect water leaking from ceiling. The pool is so cloudy you can’t see the lines on the bottom. Paper thin walls, screaming annd running children down the halls at 1am with no help from front desk. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Please stay away.

Everything in the room was old and need replacing. Wallpaper was peeling off. The sink and bathtub were cracked and peeling. The toilet didn't flush right. Even the light fixture in the doorway was falling out.

Cheap clean and fun. In and out for work

Staff was ok customer service was lacking at front desk not at all welcoming and the security fee is ost jtee times more than the fee if the room with no warning and no one could ever. Tell you where the ice machine was I know minor but we had to call them and ask and the room had hardly no air conditioning

Staff at the front desk were awesome. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

Ok so we stayed for two nights three days. Best thing was the swimming pool area. Beautiful. Lots of trees and was open from 9am to 10pm which was great. Had complimentary breakfast which was good. The room looked nice however, the beds were hard. The bathtub was peeling and the sink leaking. Now we were here for a volleyball clinic so we weren't in the room much. Our overall stay is about a three.

Property is fairly old. Overall ok but decor and every wall has a different patchwork of decor. Best thing is there is a mall near by and restaurant like Olive Garden across the street. Airport shuttle was useful. Came out after rain to have car in the middle of 2-3 inches of water in the low ground area.

Really enjoyed the pool

Close drive to airport. Close to public transportation.

It was nice being in the courtyard with easy access to the pool. But there were random swimming trunks laying around.
