The room was very clean. Checking in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were nice. I did have some issues with the room however. I don't think the A/C was working, it seemed like it had to stay at 67 or below otherwise it got warm and humid in there if I had set it higher (the room felt damp). The 'OK' button on the TV was very sticky or something because 2 times the TV shut off automatically (even though I had changed channels) because that button wasn't working. The beds were quite creaky but were comfy. The fridge was set too cold because the drinks I had in there developed a thin layer of ice and were frozen to the shelf and I couldn't find the dial to adjust it. The bathroom was quite clean.

Really enjoyed swimming laps in the pool, which was virtually empty at 6:00 a.m. The breakfast I had, coffee, omelet and toast, was satisfying, though the bananas disappeared pretty quickly. The iron and ironing board in the room came in handy for a quick spruce up. On the down side, the sliding bathroom door was quirky, the bathroom should have had a fan, and the hotel room was kind of small, with very little storage space.

Good location so close to Niagara falls , clean room , pool was clean breakfast was good !

The Hampton Inn Galleria is our favorite hotel when we visit Western New York. It has everything we need, super friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, and a great breakfast to start our day! The location is just a short drive to the airport and even offers a shuttle to and from the airport if needed. There’s free parking (which is a rarity these days) and there are many great restaurants and fast food spots if that’s your thing. Great place, what else can I say.

This was probably the oldest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. It’s still maintained it just seems ready for updates. The front desk service was good. We got in pretty late and were woke up by the cleaning service. There was no do not disturb door hanger. We fell back to sleep and another cleaning service worker banged on the door. Seems like they could at least make sure there were DND in the room.

Most people enjoy ice water or ice with juice in morning as well as cartons of milk are more sanitary and with kids easier to handle otherwise I found my stay to be family friendly a good location and Enjoyable

Staff were friendly and helpful

The accommodations were nice: bed, room, pool and breakfast. The only hiccup came when our room had no internet connection therefore the TV wouldn't work. Upon contacting the front desk as the prompt stated, we were met with resistance and lack of assistance, the girl at the desk telling us to contact the internet provider to fix it ourselves. My husband and I went down to the desk to avoid any further confusion and after multiple attempts the gentleman called the internet provider and came to the room to fix it. In the morning, I spoke with another front desk associate and she was very helpful and apologetic. I wish everyone was like her. Outside of that, our stay was good.

Location is very convenient. Staff are friendly. Only downside is the shower hit water. The flow is very weak.

Bathtub was clogged. Only one elevator was working, causing long delays. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was lousy and the breakfast area was packed.
