The staff was INCREDIBLE. You must apparently be the nicest person ever to work here. Everything smelled so good. The cookies and flavored water were a nice touch. Breakfast had so many options. This was all around a great time.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Front desk was prompt and helpful. Swimming pool was enjoyed by my grandchildren and we all enjoyed the selections and service at the continental breakfast. My only complaint would be that the pet fee was very high but as a traveler with a dog I have found the fee’s to be all over the board.

Dawn the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a question about our TV and she immediately walked up to our room and took care of it. She was very knowledgeable about the entire hotel. The breakfast staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and up to date. It was our best stay on our journey consisting of 4 other hotels. I will definitely stay again. We road trip a lot and there is always something off every where we stay. It’s so hard to actually find an affordable nice hotel. I can honestly say that all 7 of us that stayed had nothing bad to say. It was all positive!

Staff was terrific. Room was very nice and clean. Washers and dryers were all broken which was a disappointment. However, the the breakfast was very good with tons of variety.

Only available ice machine was on the second floor and not easy to.find. when I tried to check.out staff was on the phone for over 15 minutes

Staff are very friendly and check in/out very smooth. Hotel condition is very good with plenty of parking space. Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good.

Our breakfast was delightful due to RJ, What a kind , friendly and helpful young man. Then as we are checking out, we meet Dawn. Both of these employees of your motel are such an asset. Because of Dawn and RJ, we would return to this establishment anytime we are in the Buffalo area. They both went out of their way to make us feel appreciated

Quiet hotel, the breakfast was great. The pool area was so hot we didn’t swim as much as planned .

Nice breakfast and breakfast area. Pool area very humid and filled with young kids when I wanted to swim. Oh, well.
