Wouldn't stay there again.

Tub would not drain, water cold for shower

Our room was clean and updated. The hallways are still old feeling. Breakfast was not the best.

The staff was absent most of the time. Not recommended

Location Check in

The location was convenient for passer by traveler like me. Was able to get off the highway and find it right away and be on the way the next day with little detour. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable. The place has a lot of promise. The rooms were dirty and refrigerators were not in proper condition. I arrived late and had to call someone to check me in. The person was quick to respond and helpful. I was on the road and carrying food with me so I needed to use the fridge. When I walked to my room the first thing I did was walk to the fridge and noticed it was not working. Water on the bottom and not cold at all. It had the smell that a fridge that has been unplug for a while has so I looked but it was plugged. I quickly got back to the counter and asked if I could get another room that had a fridge that work, he got me set quickly and I went on my way to the 2nd room. I noticed there was food crumbs (large ones) on one of the tables and as I further inspected found food crumbs around the floors and hairs. I checked the fridge and it was unplugged. I went back to the desk and told them the fridge was unplugged (it takes 6-8 hours for a fridge to get cold again). I also told him that room had not been cleaned, thinking they just missed it. Again he was very helpful and getting me assigned to another room, but the next room was just as dirty. Here I also looked in the bathroom and toilet and bathtub were dirty, not just stained. There were hairs on floors, counter tops and bathtub. But, the fridge was working and I was so tired of driving all day and it was past 10pm I just wanted to sleep. The bed seemed to be cleaned and it was comfortable so I took a shower with my flipflops on and went to sleep. I have traveled a LOT and have never found a room dirty, this was two rooms. I never had a chance to check the first room so I don't know about that one. The price charged for a night stay here should provide for a great clean. I've stayed in very cheap stays and they were clean. This was one of the highest stays on this trip and it was the worse quality. I hope this was just a one time issue there, but it certainly is not an experience I want to ever encounter again.

Close to shops and highway exit

I want to commend the staff for being so helpful. We found out days after checkout that my daughter’s bag with meta glasses were missing. We had left them behind at the hotel. The staff had found them and they were able to ship it to us with a prepaid label. Our stay was short, we had a full agenda, we slept really well and showered comfortably. Thank you for hosting us and for your honest staff.

Carpets were so dirty, the tub squeaked bad, and the room smelled

My stay sucked. First, the fridge didn't work, neither did the microwave. (And I actually needed both). The shower and the sink didn't drain properly. I was standing in water up to my ankles while taking a shower. Nothing to watch on TV as it didn't have internet service or movie service. Im glad that at the very least my sheets were clean...I think 🤔

The halls were very dirty. The room was clean except the bathroom which had mold on the shower head and in the shower surround. Parking and building access were good.
