Check in and out were simple contactless, room was clean. Buffalo is a great little town with good food and things to see

Enjoyed my stay. Shampoo and conditioner containers didn’t work well other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

The room was clean, but very noisy being that we were in room number one which faces the street approximately 20 feet from the street.

We got a text with the code to the digital lock on the door so needed to speak to no one at check in, just go straight to the room

Very nice property, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was very convenient to historic downtown. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This was a great find right off the Main Street. The road construction made it a little difficult until I found the back entrance.

Property was as advertised. Exterior could use a little sprucing up, but interior was clean and adequate.

This property was very convenient for town and was large and comfortable. Parking could be a little tricky but there was a large gravel car park at the rear. There was no check in as no staff are on the premises but the keyless entry was explained and was trouble free. A very comfortable stay

Even though there’s a giant sign, it’s not the easiest place to locate. I got help. Easy to deal with booking, the owner/operators were communicating regularly. The town of Buffalo was cute, walkable, and friendly. This was a great room for an overnight stay and I’d happily do it again!

I enjoyed this motel! Clean, affordable, and the contactless check in is a huge plus in my book. Only downside was the rowdy bar directly behind my room had people hootin and hollarin half the night, and it was very warm due to a porrly working a/c
