At check-in, employee made adjustments so our party could have close rooms. Good parking facility and access to our rooms was close to outside entry door for limiting walking, to get the luggage hauler, access to the elevator etc. Rooms were comfortable.

Rode a long day through triple digit weather, staff provided cold water and accommodated and early check in. Facility was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and it’s always been a good experience. However, this last experience ruined my desire to stay here again. I always travel with my dog and require a pet room. I’ve always gotten a room on the bottom floor which has always been great. However, this time I was given a room on the second floor. It’s like 2 completely different hotels. I don’t know if they only renovated the bottom floor and left the top but that’s what it felt like. The moment I walked into the room it smelled like the carpet had been soaked with animal urine for the last 20+ years and the carpet never changed or deep cleaned. The room was physically clean, but the smell was rancid. I knew it was the only pet room they had left since I was told that by the lady up front. The upstairs hallway also smelled like weed and one guy was blasting music so loud you could hear it down the hallway. The bed was also stiff and probably hasn’t been changed in god knows how long. Just a horrible experience for a $200 room for a night. Next time I’ll just spend the extra money and stay at the holiday inn rather than risk an experience like that again.
