The hotel is always nice Booking.com is the absolute worst. I have never seen such incompetent people who don't do as they say. They booked me without getting confirmation from the hotel so my father's day week was pushed a week back. The holiday is the reason for the stay and it was totally ruined. Under no circumstance will I ever use Booking.com again. I never got an apology or any clarification about the situation. I learned a valuable lesson, book your own stay if you want things done right.

Love the bed. It usually takes me the second night of staying at a place before I can sleep but not here I slept like a baby.
