Friendly staff, comfy beds, nice area with lots to do and eat. General areas were not very clean like the elevators and ice machines. Continental breakfast was decent.

I really enjoyed my stay there, I was able to walk to the mall and everything I needed was close by.

We didn’t like that the front lounge tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. You don’t always want to sit in the room and watch tv. The staff was very friendly and we received texts asking how was our stay going. We definitely will be staying again!

ES THEY ONLY COME TO CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY TWO DAYS. ALSO, THE LINEN HAD SPOTS ON THE PILLOW CASES AND WE MADE NOTE OF IT ONLY TO RETURN AND FIND NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. FINALLY THE PIOL WAS CLOSED ALL THE DAYS OF OIR STAY. WHICH WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT.

When we arrived they didn’t have the right room that I reserved then give us a room with a king bed with no pull out mattress then went back to the front desk gave us another room which my sister stepped on a piece of glass that was never cleaned up smh

The people that greeted us at the front desk were amazing! They told us off some great places to eat and always greeted us with a smile and kind words! The rooms were extremely nice and clean! I was very pleased with the Hampton and will stay there again!
